I have a severe anal itch which keeps me confined. That's why I spend my free time online blowing smoke up a clerk's asz. Soon, I'll be able to get out.

But this damn anal itch..........

Steven Barnes .....
Every one of the items in the list was covered as news stories in the Utica OD. The filth that is politics and law enforcement in Oneida County is actually presented to citizens in the form of news, but it's simply too easy for citizens to become complacent and not force corrective action and demand accountability.

Bobby,

Do you know what committees Dave Testa chairs?

Is there a list of committees and their chairs available?

As far as I can tell, there are only eight standing committees in Utica. I find it hard to believe that Mr. Testa heads half of them.

Steven Barnes goes to prison for nearly 20 years because of wrongful conviction. Evidence of his innocence was ignored (buried) by the DA.
Anthony Randazzo (former NYS Trooper) discharges a weapon and kills a dog in a public area in retribution for a conversation the dog owner had with Randazzo's GF, who happens to be married to another man. Randazzo was not prosecuted.
Elizabeth Shanley (UPD Officer) drives car into McDonalds while she'd drunk. Matter is buried by the police.
Oneida County District Attorney, Scott McNamara, continuously authorizes the use of DWI breath machines known to produce faulty readings. This information was conveyed to all NYS DAs in a letter from the NYS Attorney General in 2009.
Utica Police Officer, John Abel, was arrested for DWI on the Rainbow Bridge near Canada in Nov 2012 while driving a vehicle owned by the City of Utica. The car was impounded. No news of its return has been made. Unknown if Abel was prosecuted for DWI as an ordinary citizen would have been.
Robert Maciol, Oneida County Sheriff, lacks sufficient control over his officers during a standoff with an armed citizen, resulting in the death of Deputy Kurt Wyman. Video and audio of the entire event is hidden and buried. A flaming report of the incident was produced but not released until years later. No charges have been brought against any of those responsible and no disciplinary actions have been taken. Citizen was convicted of aggravated murder.
Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente wasted tax dollars year after year in an annual Holiday media blitz regarding drinking and driving. He wastes taxpayer dollars in senseless signs pointing out, "DWI, you can't afford it". Oneida County already has law enforcement responsible for safety on the road. He wastes his time and our money on areas that are not within the scope of his authority or responsibility.
Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente and Kevin Revere (Oneida County Emergency Services Director) hatch a scheme to levy a local tax on cellular phones to offset the cost of upgrades to emergency services. NY State already collects such a tax but has failed to release the funds to counties. Picente and Revere's request for such a local tax when a NY State tax for the exact same expense already exists displays their greed and complete lack of responsibility to the taxpayers of Oneida County. No news exists if a lawsuit against the State of NY has been brought by Oneida County for its portion of the tax already collected.
These are just a few examples. There are many more regarding the Utica Fire Department, NY State Police, and the Utica Mayor's Office.

The cityofutica.com site is a mess. That's where the list should be.
I will have another put together.
Still waiting for the list Bobby.
