Leave it up to topix the posts on here is the intelligence of sick minded people and classless people . Utica is coming alive again and this is all great for the people I. The community that love hockey. The girls that are on the team come from great families and most of them are already in a relationship . Family and friends will be at the games supporting them . Why do you people that are so jealous and so perverted have to make this all out to me so dirty . theses girls most of them are in college , they were cheerleaders , and they danced . Stop making a great event out to look so bad. Hats off to the Utica Comettes Dance Team Best of Luck to all of u and mark your families proud of you . Have fun ladies and I know this will all be done with a lot class .

Why are the people in this area so stuck in the Stone Age! Obviously many have never been to an NHL or AHL game. All professional sports teams have some sort of cheerleaders or dance squad to keep the crowd entertain between timeouts, periods/halftime or commercial breaks.

And if you know anything about professional sports, you know that the "dancers" aren't just there to entertain the crowd. How many stories about players hooking up with staff hotties do you have to read before it sinks in? It's not like it's a secret- one of the benefits of being a player is access to a stable of "dancers".

Considering who one of the judges was, Jill SHRILL from station "Y-Watch-Two" I'm guessing ENUNCUATION wasn't part of the talent contest. Try this site: www.wikiHOW.com/Enunciate . Apparently, being able TO speak wasn't part of her interview either.

How many men were allowed to try out? Most college teams and even NFL teams allow men on their cheer squads...

So how many months will this latest hockey boondoggle last? I liked the "utica prowlers" at least. Their mascot was fitting for utica- Peeping criminals!
