Back to the UCSD in a week and a half. Back to the same old shit--lousy, boring and incompetent teachers who will spend the first three weeks gossiping with each other instead of teaching. Back to the same old corrupt school board. Back to the resources funneled into ESL and the retarded. The retarded make up nearly one-fourth of the district and is a majority of black students. It is said they are shoved in Special ed because they are incapable of being taught anything because they are so unruly. They need their own school, funded solely by their parents from K-12 and taught exclusively by members of their own race. Their days can be spent dancing and singing and eating greasy food and rubbing lotion on each other because they be so ashy. Back to lou lapolla whining at board meetings. Back to explosive behavior at Proctor when the Asian Boyz decide to cut someone open on the way home from school. Back to brain dead Safe school security guards who text all day long and couldn't save even themselves in a crisis. Back to lousy test scores, again. Back to teachers staring out windows wondering if tomorrow will be a snow day. Ya gotta love the district. Feel free to add your memories.

I'm getting sick and tired of blacks throwing dice at Proctor in the hallways during school hours. The useless security guards and self-serving "teachers" walk right on by and never say a word. Parents: DON'T send your kids to Proctor.

Back to lazy principals collecting fat checks. Back to lazy janitors smoking in their little rooms in the school. Back to stupid and cruel school nurses who demean young girls and trash minorities. Back to Falchi and his squad of goons.

So incredibly sorry to say, but I agree with all of you! Add to it, the bloat at the top! Thanks Admin for paying yourself raises and eliminating school support staff! Thanks Mr. Karam for providing your friends and family with jobs whether they are competent or not! I'd continue, but I'm sure there are others who'd like to share. Don't want to be greedy.

Back to overcrowding in the classroom. Back to BO classrooms filled with great throngs of unwashed immigrants. Back to the tower of Babel in the classroom where no one understands anyone else--and it doesn't matter. Back to assistants, guards, teachers, principals all put in positions for which they don't qualify and put there by there guido pals and relatives. Back to the resonance of dee's, dem's and doze when the English teacher speaks. Back to teachers that have been there so long that they no longer even attempt to teach. Back to Mrs. Schneir falling asleep in her classroom--she's so deaf that you could blow off a howitzer in her ear and she wouldn't awaken. At 79 years of age, she still won't step aside so the kids can actually have a chance at learning Math.

This is the ultimate problem. People don't care and take a genuine interest in the problems that plague education....regardless of the district. We, as a society do not place high regard and importance on the educational process. We just don't. Everyone blames the teachers or administration but when will society look at the kids? Self-important, entitled and rude kids will NEVER learn in a classroom. Period.

In a nutshell, there is no price to pay anymore for noncompliance therefore there is no progress. When real punishment was left behind, the incentive to avoid it was also left behind but no incentive was put in place for kids to want to learn. Cause a disruption in the classroom, be rude, don't do your homework and you will get a detention which means sitting in a room for an hour. That means nothing to kids--they'd rather sit there than listen to a teacher. Do something more severe you might get suspended which means a teacher will come to your house to teach you. Some punishment. Get thrown out of school, then you go to get a GED. Fail completely, there are a hundred other ways to get your diploma or GED. Like I said, there is no REAL, meaningful punishment for non compliance anymore.

If I might add something to this---Never get a diploma--no big deal--no job--no big deal--just go to social services and they will take care of your food, clothing, shelter and medical care for the rest of your life as well as the needs of your children, who will be just like you..no diploma, no job...etc.

you WILL HAVE TO BE MORE CONVINCING THAN THAT.. you must have had problems with your child/children, so, of course, you will blame the school..It is time that you fess up and tell the world what a rotten parent YOU are and stop blaming the school. Proctor is a great school, maybe oversized, but the teachers, staff, and administration and security do an EXCELLENT job.. Put your foot in your lying mouth!

Knock on the guido's door who lives next to you--he's probably got 3 or 4 things you can use to rate with--hurry up now because it means so much...LOLOLOL

Actually, it is time to end free education and compulsory education! It is no longer needed in a society in which you are not permitted to have anything because all those jobs are tied up for those politically connected. Compulsory education is a farce as being free, free requires state aid and tax dollars thus coffers do not go for education, it is solely to line the pockets of those who learned how to steal from the system. Free and compulsory education allows those to breed brats without any responsibility, it is a free babysitting service with no accountability on those drugged up parents and drug running brats.

I also endorse the elimination of welfare, food stamps, medicaid, child healthcare programs, free food, WIC get the picture, it breeds losers for the more you do for them, the more they demand YOU do for them.

Hey, if they don't like it, let them kill themselves with cyanide or anything else. Losers are losers and the Utica Schools is a profitable organization and they don't give a damn about the kids.

boy, little man, do you have a problem...if it is all that bad, I suggest you get help, see a shrink, get some help in the form of 'real pills', not that illegal stuff you are hooked on. You appear to have a problem with society. Please, I beg you, GET HELP QUICK, you are about to fall off the world! LOL
