Right now, OPWDD or the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities, is targeted for downsizing by Governor Andrew Cuomo. The office provides many services and direct care for people with developmental disabilities.

Do you believe that Governor Andrew Cuomo should cut these needed services for people with developmental disabilities? Please give your opinion.
