People, I simply do not see how some of you can be so simple as to fail to see how the changing of the occupant of the Oval Office does not immediately influence so many things, such as our economy and our obligations around the world. It's not as if a magic switch is thrown at inauguration.

The financial devastation to the US economy caused by Dubya's invasions didn't end with his exit from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Our great Nation will continue to incur cost for the next 100 years over Bush 2's fabricated WMD and the fabricated relationship between Bin Ladin and Saddam Hussein, his reasons for the invasion of Iraq. How can anyone deny the financial impact on our economy of draining so much taxpayer money for these conflicts?

Yes, 100 years of additional incurred cost. How?(Pay attention kiddies) Even if the United States could snap up every asset and bring it home in a day, costs related to this catastrophe will continue to be incurred because the care of our soldiers and their dependents does not end with immediate withdrawal from the Middle East. Young soldiers today are expected to live very long lives. To pay what we should for them in relation to the conflicts means our childrens, children's, children's, children's, children might see the day where their country no longer incurs costs for these conflicts. I am not challenging the validity of the care, just the cause for the expense.

Whomever said, "Freedom isn't free" failed to include the math.

So (for those of you paying attention at home), to blame Obama for losing so many jobs when the "tail" of the conflicts is so long, you need to take a few math classes. I just gave you a lesson in economics.

That is right, numbers don't lie and here are the Obama FAILURE numbers:

15 million more on food stamps
4.6 million more in poverty
Deficits over 1.3 trillion for 4 straight years
No budget in over 1100 days
National debt over 16 trillion
Over 6 trillion added to National debt
Fewer jobs
More unemployed
Gas prices up 228%
Food prices up
Energy costs up
Wages down.

Apparently people like you can't read the numbers because the numbers clearly read the Democrats are spending up into destruction. Maybe you should look at the numbers before you place your blame. The Iraq war, which Obama did not end, cost 1 trillion dollars. Obama has added 6 trillion to the National debt all by himself. Where did that 6 trillion go? We know BILLIONS went to green energy companies to create jobs but not jobs were created. The numbers all tell the same story, Obama and the Democrats have failed the American people.

Do you actually believe all things were purring along just fine the day Obama took office and his policies are completely to blame for the items you listed? The economy was just starting to really tumble at that time or don't you wish to remember this fact?

Do you actually believe America would be in a much different place than it is today if McCain had won the election? It wouldn't. Why? Because the economy doesn't respond immediately to changes in economic strategy or Foreign policy; it takes years and years for things to change. Ever hear, "Rome wasn't built in a day"? Well, it didn't fall in a day either.

If you believe the things in your list are solely the responsibility of Obama, you're very much out of touch. For example, we are still paying for the failed policies of Reagan and his supply-side, trickle down economic nightmare that caused the recession of the 1990s. While Reagan is credited for "ending" the cold war, all he did was gamble the US economy would eventually recover from his platform of deficit spending to break the Soviet block. This taught the GOP how to spend like the liberals. Do your homework and see how the platform of Romney is exactly like Reagan in this regard.

If this is true, then we should be able to blame our financial problems on; World Wars I and II, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. All four of these wars occurred in the last one hundred years and all four of them were far more expensive than the wars in the Middle East.

I think things were good until the voters allowed the Dumbasscrats to take over Congress the last 4 years of Bush. That being said, Obama had all the answers in 2008 and he has FAILED.

Everything Obama has done is taken the country in the wrong direction. The only thing stupider that Obama is an Obama supporter.

rome wan't built in a day? Well you don't build anything by destroying the foundation and that is what Obama is and has done. The foundation of this Country is the Constitution and document Obama has trampled on and shred to pieces.

Obama came out yesterday and admitted he was building an economy from the botton up. He calls his plan trickle UP POVERTY. Obama has put MORE in poverty than the last four Presidents combined.
