There has been an ongoing process of asbestos removal, they find a coffee can quantity of asbestos yesterday and within 24 hours they know it will be 21 million to clean up? Amazing how quick they were able to get that 21 million dollar estimate.

Right, they didnt know about the asbestos problem before, the building was built using the cheapest materials available. The buildng is outdated, the air quality is terrible. Close the entire building, relocate the offices to vacated offices that the Oneida County already owns. Get rid of Picente and the County executive position. Go back to a County Manager system, which pay's a little more than a legislator.

This is a scare tactic to move the county seat from Utica to the Rome Business Park, Picente and the rest of the losers in the county sticks want it out of Utica, so they are going to come up with this bullshit so they can con the taxpayer and say we might as well build a new building in Rome and shut the Park Ave building down, another eyesore for the city of Utica.
