It appears you may be suffering a terminal case of "topix ass". Symptoms include: unnatural sense of self-importance; posting on more than 10 threads as expert on each; posting more than twenty times per 24 hour period; posting at all hours of day and night (not gainfully employed).
Probably in need of world-class psychiatric assistance.
Now, that is hilarious!!

I always find it humorous when people post on a public forum about people who post on a public forum. I think you're just jealous I got my self out of utica, sold my property for a profit and now live in an area where it seems like property values rise daily. You should target your energy in trying to bring utica into the 21st century.

Im not surprised that you typically missed or ignored the point. I happen to be on here b/c I am in the area in March for a change. I do live here most of the year; on property that you couldn't even afford to pay the taxes.
I can afford to live and enjoy my life anywhere and that's what I do b/c I have the means. So, my limited posts this weekend will end today, while yours go on and on and on, endlessly. The point is your life is so stagnant that you spend all day and night reading or posting on topix. I'll bet you even go back and read what you posted yourself:)
Tomorrow I'll be back to warmer climes and you'll be posting your little psychotic fingers to the bone.LOL

If you have the means then why pay taxes in there at all? Huh? Lowest standard of living in the US if you ask most people, that's why your property values and QoL are where they are.

I have to go brag in the Tennessee forums now about my manse in Appelachia.

You don't make sense. I pay taxes on my property b/c it is very dear to me and I enjoy the services provided by the county, town, and state.

Couldn't pay your taxes? You crack me up. And you're only here in march because you're here now? They don't have the Internet where you usually live? And you can try to put me down all you want, I know my truth. So how's utica these days?

Good for you. The first step in treatment is to acknowledge your problem. You are on your way to recovery. Hope you are better before
your hockey team leaves the area for greener pastures.

Actually Utica area is much warmer than I expected. Family business brought me here for a few days, leaving tomorrow. The internet is available everywhere as you know; but, someone alerted me to Utica Topix and to your hockey posts specifically. Otherwise, I would not be interested in what happens on your topix here.
During the part of the year that I reside here, I just spend my time with activities not mentioned on your topix, I don't beleive. I live my life the way I wish without others' trivialities.

Pretty sure the teams here aren't going anywhere but I'm also happy utica is getting one as well. At least they have one positive.

And you think Bass Pro isn't investing that much ? How much do you think a single Moe's might have cost ? The simple remodel of the N. Utica Wal-Mart could have easily cost 1/2 that. Sadly in this economy 2 million is not what it used to be.
