This is why we need to investigate the investigators here, they have tipped their hand too far! 9 charges, Ole is "guilty" of one, and that was unintentional. Now we know why the crooked prosecution here charges multi-multi counts when they want to get you bad.

"Buckshot justice", Oneida County style. It's time we look into some of these people behind the prosecution of a good man. They took their best shot and MISSED!
Game's on.. for years people! No one who was involved with this will get any peace now. Kazor, Torchia, all these frauds that lie under oath and cheat our system.
Burn them good boys!

I hope Ole gets some prison time and runs into some of the people who he sent there for not complying with treatment.

Sounds like Ole's problem is his last name ends in a consonant, "Vitagliano" ends with a vowel. Get it?

Here's the names on the list of Board of Erections at "Insight House", whom, I might add, have sent far more people to jail than Ole, for you irrational types.

Steven Gigliotti,
Frank Scalise -Treasurer,
Carl Del Buono -Chairman
Scott George.
Bartle J. Gorman -Counsel,
James M. D'Onofrio,
Donna M. Vitagliano -President & CEO,
Raymond Borden,
John Giacovelli,
Dr. Robert D. Brennan,
Frank D. Hamlett -Secretary
Sister Mary Theresa Kobosinski.

Did this just get any clearer?

Much to be exposed here. The big bright light is about to shine. Watch for scurrying cockroaches.

It is believed that Ole will get off on that charge, due to inconsistant verdict. If there was no intent, then there was no crime. This is criminal court, and it must show intent to defraud. There can be no "unintentional crime" here. If it's unintentional, then it is for another court. It would be a civil matter between him and the State of NY, and perhaps fines, etc. But this is criminal court, and intentional fraud must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Just the fact that there was no intent found on the other charges negates these charges. It is all about the intent to defraud. And there was no intent.

repugnant verdict

:an impermissible verdict that contradicts itself since the defendant is convicted and acquitted of different crimes having identical elements in the same transaction —used chiefly in New York

Donna Vitagliano and Carl Del Buono are huge in this scandal as well as Donna's "friend" Fiorini and Carl's cousin Jennifer Zamiellio Asker - with her call out to Ted Kaczor. Zongrone, Milazzo and Roman were their pawns.
Old Nick LaBella also pubilcally announced he would "have that #*&%#!'s (Ole's) Medicaid license" after Ole fired LB Security for repeatedly billing for services they didn't provide. Now, how would LaBella go about "having" Ole's Medicaid license? And, just what is the Jennifer Asker - LaBella connection?

A penis?
Seriously these LaBellas just get more revolting the more you learn. So this was a Utica Scumbag operation with help from Cuomo's dick. No wonder Utica can't advance beyond the stone age, it's run by underhanded sneaky douchebags!

And let's not forget that Jennifer Asker was sued, and settled, for lying in the Joseph Smith -Desiree Case trial.

I think the most key thing here, that shows how low these people are, is that for whatever little grudges these people held - it was OK for them to see an innocent man hauled off to prison for 15 years. Of course, for Donna Vitagliano, it was job security. No problem Ole - go to prison and then I can have all your business.

Very, very, very low.
Now it makes sense

You mean Asker the ho that was blowing Nicky Labella Jr. and helped him hide exculpatory evidence in the Desiree Case disaster?

This is crazy, bashing anyone on here. Leave Jen alone, i have stuck up for the pettersens alot but this is crazy. Always thinking more than you should. Leave Her and others out of this. It is very clear, who made this happen. And i would hope by now that you would feel bad that you made that mistake of " thinking that she or I or another was put up to this. I do know what im talking about and some of you thought that up to one month ago and we were involved. You were wrong thats all i have to say, and i think an apology is needed. Really we dont need one but just the thought that you may have been wrong should be acknowledged!

You don't know what kind of solid evidence says different that what you say above. Zongrone, Milazzo, and Roman were pawns. Some revelations have to wait for the right time for legal reasons.

He is guilty of one charge - three counts under that charge. The charge is offering a false instrument. There were three charges altogether. There were seven counts. One count of grand larceny. Three counts of falsifying business records. Three counts of offering a false instrument. He is not guilty on two charges, and guilty on one. The one he is guilty on should be easy to overturn. If not that, it should be easily won on appeal.

Way to go Wilson...one person saved at the hands of a man whom some love and hate, has turned his life away from substance abuse, is a victory. Ole made that possible. He would give it all for one to be saved from the grips of addiction...who knows maybe you who talk tough and bad mouth a man you most likely don't know might of got saved as well..."AN ADDICT PISTOL WHIPPING YOU FOR YOUR MONEY".

My father has lost a lot on this trial. his business, our house, my parents credit, all of it. but the worst of all is that even though most of the charges were dropped it will leave a permanent impact on the business. If Insight house was a part of this, then the second the first story hit the paper, the damage was done. My father has always been the best man that he can be. the people that he has put behind bars is only because they were unable to follow the rules set by the court; he never expects people to do anything that he himself could not do. whatever does happen the people around him know the truth about his innocence.
