To much conflict of interest. He is a great lawyer. Smart as hell.

He's not as smart as you think he is. He had a gravy job as a judge. The pay may not have been the best (about $130K/year)...you can make more as if your a motivated lawyer. But as a judge he had connections and a very easy job. One time, he controlled most of the power in Oneida Cty. as majority leader. He determined who could be hired & fired.
