Sabahudin Mukic

His name is Sabahudin Mukic. He is a Bosnia immigrant. Those that know him here in Utica just call him Buddo. Some say he is Mayor Roefaro's bodygaurd, though he is listed as an employee of the Urban Renewal Agency. Talk about America being the land of opportunity. Just last week Mr. Mukic received a $12,000 raise on a $27,000 salary. You do the math. Buddo is a nice guy and appears to be a hard worker, but every year under Mayor Roefaro my taxes have gone up and he has the nerve to turn around and give one uneducated and unequalified individual who he believes can garner him some votes a 44% raise! This is absolutley disgraceful. You should be ashamed of yourself Mayor Roefaro. Your little circle of artsy-fartsy people may be telling you your're going to get reelected but as just an average citizen speaking out from digust, I wouldn't vote for you for dogcatcher. And I have a lot of friends and family members who feel the same way. In fact, even some of your own family members share this sentiment. How will you insult us next? Will you turn around and give Mr. Desiato a raise too?

I am not picking on Buddo. I am merely pointing out that he does not deserve a 44% raise. He is just the lucky benefactor here. I am picking on Mayor Roefaro for the inapporpriateness of it all. This man may be able to prepare people for their final resting place, but he is totally incompetent as the leader of this city. And I even understand that the raise was voted on at a secret meeting that the press was not notified about. Highly unusual.

Budo sold over 300 run down properties most of which were just waiting to collapse and cost the taxpayors tens thousands of dollars in cleanup cost. He is very intimidating and used to be a cop in bosnia so he easily convinces bosnians to buy the property to fix up. they trust him but really he is raping them
