Go fk yourself parasite. Does the truth hurt? People are coming to eat you parasites alive if it takes gunfights and the people are fed up with your worthless scum. We're going to show the world just how cowardly you all really are. Once one gets it in front of their family and the cops can't save them we'll see how mouthy you all are next!

You are seriously a loser and a laughing stock amongst the state. Please stop waiting peoples oxygen.

Bobby, I started out thinking you were going to make a difference in Utica politics but I am beginning to think you are just another Sue Arcuri. You do make a lot of noise but so far very few results. Then I heard you were a supporting Harmony Speciale and that lowered my opinion a little more. I guess being new to the area I should cut you a little slack.

Unless and until you can show me that you are getting actual and verifiable results from all of your protests to Albany I will have to believe that you are just another political wannabe who is throwing things at a wall to see what sticks.

If you really want to make a positive change in Utica you need to recruit new faces, people with innovative ideas, from outside of the established political parties and talk them into running for office. I know that you are not a supporter of third party politics but the established parties in this area are so ingrained with old ideas, party cronyisms and corruption that there really is no other way. The voters are ready and willing to support new people. I believe you can be the catalyst for change if you stop playing games and start motivating the right people in the right directions. When that happens, I will be your biggest supporter. If you continue the way you are going you will just be another voice crying in the dark.

Open meeting violations come with little or no repercussions. It’s usually less than a slap on the hand. Hoping to see change from these complaints is not going happen. All you do is move their activities farther underground.

Replacing LoMedico and leaving the others is also a waste of effort. What needs to be done is to run a complete slate of city candidates and hope that public has enough sense to vote them in. You will also need to get the non-voters to show up at the polls as voter apathy in Utica is a huge problem. You will find that Utica is deathly afraid of change. Uticans will expend a lot of energy complaining of the status quo but fear change more. That explains why they keep recycling the same old ineffectual and corrupt politicians over and over again. It’s a “devil I know” thing.

The other problem is that the police and fire departments are also afraid of political change. They have a lot at stake and want to preserve their jobs and leaders. Most of them are good hard-working people, very dedicated to their jobs and city. However, the ones who need to be replaced have enough backing from their fellow friends in uniform that they will support the politicians who they know will protect them.

My advice is to ignore county politics and work inside the city first. County politicians will abandon city candidates if they feel threatened. I would also work on turning party candidates against each other. As you have seen, personal goals are much more important to them than party loyalties. We might be known as the “Handshake City” but the handshake is only there to distract you from the knife in your back.

Why run them as Democrats? That gives the party more power than they deserve. Run as a separate and distinct party. Avoid the problem of eliminating some of your candidates in primaries and save your money for the election. Run them as a group, each supporting the other. Hanna did this years ago and was successful. It can be done again. People are ready for new faces but vet your candidates carefully.

Unfortunately bad politicians are elected by good people who don't vote.

I didn't see you as a "that's the way it's always been done" kid of guy. I pictured you more of a "go against the grain" type. Whatever. Working within the Democratic party in this area will not be easy. First off, there are very few tried and true party members here. Most politicians in Utica change parties more often than they change socks. They are Democrats or Republicans in name only. If their guy doesn't win the primary they will support whatever party they have to in order to maintain their influence. They will also work behind the scenes to defeat a party candidate they don't like. This should have been evident in the last election.

Justice, here's the scorecard so far - and please keep in mind on a good day an open meetings law complaint is a 1 in 3 deal:
The PIB asked the dept. of corrections to investigate Jack LoMedico. That investigation is ongoing.
2 other complaints were sent to the PIB by the AG. One has been dismissed, one is still being investigated.
The Comptroller's Office did not offer a written opinion but did direct me to the language on the website. A taxpayer came forward late last night - I expect others today. Lawyers are requesting to be interviewed.
Sorry if the process is slower than you'd like.
In the meantime, laying the foundation for the fundraising continues. I agree regarding new faces. I'm going to need a lot of them to take on Ford's slate in the OC legislative races next year. I need one now to run for Council against LoMedico.
Don't expect anyone else to come forward.

If you're talking about LoMedico, so far there are 3 who are considering it. Are you saying I should not expect anyone else beyond the 3??
On the taxpayer thing, I'm in double digits. I think you're right - it probably ends there.
Taxpayer thing. Hope one is a lawyer. Class action lawsuit is the only way. The state will not help us. They do not care what happens here.
