Why is it so difficult for some places to make chicken wings. There are a select few places in this area where you can get some great wings, but some places where they really suck. What is so hard about throwing a few wings in the friar, letting them drain for a minute or so, and then mixing them with some hot sauce.

Actually the reason some places wings are so bad is, because they fry everything in the same grease. Try BBQ'ing them, it's much better.

I ate at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo and they were no better then Cavallo's. They by far have the best wings in our area. They are always consistent.

Why would anyone want to go down in the middle of Hell and go to some dirty corner store and get chicken wings. Then again you are black so that explains it.

Italian chef has the best wings in town. Pizza not so good but wings are delicious. Knuckleheads in Westmoreland are also good.

Italian Chef wings are tastless except with that burnt grill flavor on them. Cavallos are the best in this area. But even theirs are sometimes just hard and have been sitting. This is why I make my own.

Thing is, everybody has their own sauce and their own way of making them/storing them/etc.

My choices for this area.... Joe's in Whitesboro, on Main st. Good sauce and nice sizee wings. Great sauce actually. The Italian Chef definitely makes a fantastic wing....though they're different a bit since they're char-grilled. But they are so fucking delicious its not even funny. I prefer the garlic butter and the honey bbq. Pure heaven.

I've heard about Marble Hill from a few different people.....that their wings are just best around, hands down. So I have to try them as well.

New York Pizza in Waterville also makes some of my favorite wings. For me, its all about the vineagre content in the hot sauce. When you breathe the sauce in, through the mouth, if it makes you cough, then i know its a good wing sauce.

Then you should get your stories straight because you claim you are in another thread. Regardless who besides scums would want wings from that dirty corner store in the ghetto AKA James St?
