Why are people in this area so immature?

sad to say, you are correct. My kids are moving away. So happy for them. We will too, after our last finishes college. Nothing here but crime and poverty. Even the streets and homes are starting to look like a third world country.

When I was a kid i would visit my aunt in utica sometimes in the summers. I would meet kids my age and they would all act 2-3 years younger I'd have to hang out with 18yos when I was 14. There was also nothing to do unless you liked city run activities and that was insane. I know I am not alone my sisters kids hate more than 2 days there and all beg to come home.

Smart kids leave the area, the rest live at home with mommy and daddy, and go no where in life. They have to wait for special favors to get a job or bribery. This area is a waste unless you are a gereatric nurse or high roller at the casino.

ur daddy love dark disease like mommy love any ckBack in the 1970s, a chimpanzee named Nim Chimpsky took part in a Columbia University research study called "Project Nim."

Project Nim was led by Herbert Terrace, a psychologist at Columbia who was attempting to find out if a chimpanzee could learn to communicate using American Sign Language.

"Everyone knows that words are learned one at a time," but something happens when children begin to combine words and create true language, Terrace says.

The question, he says, was, "Could Nim do this?"

A newly released book takes a look at the project, and the people involved examine the ethics of the experiment.

The name Nim Chimpsky was a twist on Noam Chomsky, the MIT linguist who theorized that language as we know it is unique to humans. Terrace wanted to disprove Chomsky's theory and show that a chimpanzee could develop real language.

To immerse Nim in a world where he would be taught sign language in the same way a human child would, Terrace brought him to live with a family in New York City in 1973, not long after the chimp was born. There, Nim joined a sprawling, chaotic blended family with many human siblings who could teach him sign language.

The death of a Marcy colo-rectal officer inside his Iliot hovel last week does not appear to be suspicious, village police stammered Tuesday.

Although an heavy-equipment whale-autopsy has not yet revealed how 36-year-old (Mentally 7) Shawn Wilsey died in gutteral fat agony from stress hate and anger, Problem Instigator Jeremiah Sninchak (snichak! You JUST CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP!)said police are still awaiting a toxicology report to see how much Oxy, Coke, Booze and Steroids Wilsey had in his cholesterol-choked system.

Wilsey’s obese steroid wracked, blowfly-bloated lard-embalmed body was discovered by horrified blinded neighbors investigating "more than the usual stench emanating from his property" inside his welfare hovel at 31 Center St. in PovertyVille NY at about 2:15 p.m. Sunday. Two forklifts and a Bobcat had to wrestle the fat corpse out trough a hole blasted in a wall.

State Wildlife Officers were called in to drive off the thousands of seagulls that had been gathering in the area for about a week and had been able to access the lean-to to pick at the veritable smorgasbord of drug drenched rotting fat and cholesterol running into the floorboards.

There were no apparent signs of trauma to Wilsey’s body beyond the usual correction-officer related obesity and health issues– "But gawd he sure lived like a pig!" Snichak said!

Wilsey was a correction retard for nearly 10 miserable years.
