This just shows the mentality of cops .. they are mostly social misfits who learn to bark at people and abuse authority. Glad some people are gutsy enough to put them BACK in their place.

Murder charges have been lodged against a South Side woman police say plunged a knife into her boyfriends chest and killed him Wednesday night in the Lakeview East neighborhood.

Jason Stackhouse, 30, of the 400 block of Franklin Avenue in Waukegan, remained jailed on Tuesday on $250,000 bond after the incident.
At about 10:40 a.m. on Jan. 6, Waukegan police stopped a Chevy Trail Blazer driven by Stackhouse, officials said. As one of the officers was speaking to Stackhouse through his partly open drivers door, Stackhouse started acting suspiciously, said police.
"For some reason he started reaching over across the seat like he was trying to hide something, then he reached down and put the car in gear," said Police Commander Gabriel Guzman. "The officer said he was half way in the car, kind of leaning in talking to Stackhouse, and he got hit by the door jamb.
"He said he was afraid he was going to get run over or dragged, so he just jumped in with him," Guzman added. "He was kind of sitting on his lap I guess."
Stackhouse and the officer struggled briefly and drove for about 60 feet before the officer was able to step on the break, put the vehicle in park and arrest Stackhouse, Guzman said.
"He said the car hit him in the right butt cheek, but he's fine," said Guzman. "He said 'I had to jump in. It was just my natural reaction. I didn't know what to do, so I just jumped in.'"
Later in the day, investigators also found 3.3 grams of crack cocaine at Stackhouse's residence. He is charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, aggravated battery to a police officer.
ANOTHER GREAT BLACK FATHER
A South Side father who allegedly posted a disturbing Facebook photo of his 22-month-old daughter bound and gagged in December was indicted today, authorities said.
A judge in Domestic Violence Court formally charged Andre Curry with aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery and unlawful restraint, according to Cook County State's Attorney's office spokesman Andy Conklin. Curry is scheduled to appear for arraignment Jan. 26, Conklin said.
Curry, 21, of the 6100 block of South Racine Avenue, faces up to seven years in prison if convicted of felony aggravated domestic battery.
Donte Jackson, 17, was charged as an adult with felony aggravated attempted robbery and aggravated assault with a gun or other dangerous weapon, according to police. He lives on the 4700 block of South Wabash Avenue, police said. He was ordered held on $100,000 bail, officials said.
Two others juveniles, both 16, were charged with aggravated attempted robbery.
