Palmieri admit a mistake? Yeah right! Picture THAT one! They're thin skinned cowards who distract and scream in order to try to change the subject!

People are still waiting for them to admit the Longo lawsuit cost you $2.6 million dollars! Hold your breath people hold your breath!

So who's going to be the security firm? LB "Security" run by the phony and cretinous Labella family? Woooo! "Top notch" 'security" company there boy! All the praise and grandiose claims they can heap on themselves! A big plus is how the slander people they don't like or those who see the whole Labella Klan for the parasite whales they are!!

Sounds like another Utica Community Action (Ray Shanley) and Utica Rescue Mission (Rev. Bill Dodge) fiasco in the making. We will soon be hearing about all the improprieties that were done on Utica Topix, because the local news media doesn't have any balls to do any investigative reporting !!
If there was something to report, they would be covering the story. Your nonsense is boring.

A little?? It's rather unfortunate for this beautiful region that the Childrens Museum remains subpar.

It is the "Children" who suffer from her/Boards leadership, too bad really. Only Brown looks greedy here from all the news in the media. Great job "Talk of the Town" & big, BIG props to Chris Gordon! More local Board Members should take their responsibilities as serious as Chris does. I guess the same could be said of the local media who did not want to touch this & were more or less shamed to cover it at their very, very, very minimum. In the end TV news has not done their job on this story!!!!!

First off her ownership the LLP/LLC she produced is FAKE! She has NO ownership. She mismanaged funds, has a personal business attached to the museum website and paypale account. She wants to just sweep it under the carpet, she made fake paperwork and took it to Syracuse to have it notarized because no one in oneida county would had allowed it, nor would it had gone unknown. She lies, scams, and falsified documents. She knows she won't get away with it at this point. She's not some "little old lady" who didn't know, the intent is clear. This is not the first time she has done this, nor will it be the last, but one thing is certain, her days of taking money from our kids is almost coming to a close.
Poor stewardship, gross mismanagement, how many laws were broken during her oversight?
It's quite apparent why the Museum has remained stagnant, she has plenty to answer for, and should, to the whole community.

Five to eight accounts through a PO Box in Clarks Mills! You have to open the books sometime, stalling isn't helping anyone. If you TRULY cared about the children and the mission of the museum you wouldn't be delaying the inevitable. Thank you Chris Gordon, Talk of the Town and Observer Dispatch for listening to the community, covering the story and keeping those that care about our great city informed. It is greatly appreciated.

Well said! I too appreciate Talk of the Town and the Utica OD for staying on the story, when the public is informed they in turn can help the good turn things around for the betterment of the community as a whole. Keep uo the good work - Cheers

And you are an a hole! There is an issue here that needs to be answered! The papers are finally looking into it. What do you think now?

As big a jerk as Piersma is, he has stayed on this story. When is Gordon going to bring in the Stare atty. general's office? That is way past due!

Marlene needs to step down NOW!

A New article was posted on the Utica Observer Dispatch last night. OMG, When is the Attorney General & IRS going to step in? The sooner the better! The Children's Museum will benefit greatly with proper management & a Board of Directors who know what their responsibilities are AND follow them.

The faster this is done the better for the Children, City, Area, etc.

This is as corrupt as it can get. They better do a lot of jail time for what they pulled off. And Palmieri had a Gala for these thieves too in 2012. I guess it takes one to know one.
Palmieri gave them the money from the mayors ball in 2012 so he has an obligation to help straighten things out.

If Marlene Brown Cared about the children she would stop fooling around and step down. She has been scamming and taking the money for too long. Time for her to pay her own ( cell phone, etc. ) bills.

A NFP, such as the childrens museum, must generate a surplus, to ensure their enduring sustainability. Under Browns care, and after reviewing the records, one has to wonder how long did she plan for the museum to continue on? Looking forward to her promised interview.
