I agree that everyone should give their employee an honest day's work that they are getting paid for. BUT - when an employer starts treating you like their prisoner, or asks you to do things OUTSIDE of your normal job duties, or starts to limit your own personal privacy - that is when the employer has crossed the line.
As far as pay goes, Utica National's pay range is way below other Insurance Companies in the area.
NO, YOU DO NOT KNOW - but being a terminated employee, I can only say that no words can describe how badly they treat the employees.
