Why is it that the manager's at wal mart dc 6038 get promoted because of who they sleep with. Why is that wal mart manager's can get away with fudging the book's. Why is it that wal mart manager's can talk about and make fun of people who are hurt and get away with it. Why is the wal mart dc allowed to make people think they will lose their jobs if they get. Why is the wal mart dc allowed to tell people not to go to the doctor's and see how you feel in the morning. Question's that will probaly never be answered because the management staff has to cover up for all they have done in the last 15 years. All their elegal promotion's, all their drug taking, all their mistreatment of hard working employees. If Sam Walton was still alive he would fire every single manager up there. Wake up NEW YORK State Labor department, And get yourselves involved, we will talk.

Walmart is a great place to work if you are a puppet. The D C will never treat the associates with dignity. That is a threat to their method of managing. Truth is Walmart doubles their value with fear tactics. Wont be suprised when it turns postal in there.

Well having worked there for over 15 years I could tell a story a day, each worse then the last. Theft,cover-ups,blacklisting,t hreats,drug abuse, and that is just starting with the 20 or so people at the top from GM down to OP. If they were to drug test upper management without warning over 50% gone instantly.

You don't need any new complaints. Just review all WalMart Workman's Comp cases. You will see that all of them develop the same exact way as the original poster described, yet Walmart wins in court and complaints go unanswered. Either you are in on it with them or you are turning the blind eye so you can keep this "valuable" employer in the area.

Call Labor Standards or the Division of Human Rights at the DOL if you think there is a legitimate accusation of employee abuse or discrimination.
