If you research old maps of the area from the 17 and early 18 hundreds you will se that there was a grave yard in that area. There is no records showing that it was moved or relocated. So they may still be graves there like at the High School also in New Hartford

there were a few people who got their lights put out in the 1970's Hector Ambrosi was one of them, was found shot to death in one of the rooms, and his girlfreind Feliciano was found dead a few days later at a different location with her eyes gauged out

I think I had the room where that hit took place. It faced Friendly's. There was always weird stuff going on in there! Also North Hall men's side 2nd floor is a room that has a residual haunting. A 1970s suicide - when he died he knocked a jar of marbles off the desk onto the floor. I had the room under it on the 1st floor and kid you not, at least 20 times that semester about 1am, you could hear them damn marbles hitting the floor! I was sober btw!

The Burrstone Hall is indeed haunted. I lived in the dorm circa 99. My dorm room was on the third floor. I had lights flicker in my room and one night I saw a dark, hooded figure standing by the window. It scared the hell out of me and never stayed in that room again.

Carla was found dead at her apartment in Woodside Apts., Oneida St. I had never heard that about her eyes, though.

Young girl named Megan Molinaro was found hanging in the hallway of the Ramada back in the 70's People claimed to have seen her floating like Linda Blair with her eyes rolled back in her head.

I think you may be thinking of Louis King Jr. he was shot by police in the parking lot of the Ramada Inn in February 1973. Police shot him several times after he threw a dud hand grenade into the Talcott Road home of an FBI agent: J Lewis Kelly.

Im writing a paper for college and im just trying to get some information on it, thanks for the link. Although i am curious how one could be hung in the hallway as its all drywall and theres no place to attach a rope, compareed to the stairwells wich seems more practical. Ive also heard at one point there was a death caused by a fire in this building, but havent found any stories as i dont know what dates to look in the archives for. can anyone confirm this?

I go to that school, and last year they renovated the school adding a science wing and dug up new bodies. I have heard some stories about the kids side of the school showing activity, not sure exactly but I don't entend on finding out.

You know how many people have lived and died on this planet?(hundreds of billions) If ghosts were real everyplace you go would be full of them. It would be like walking in NYC or hong kong, but instead with ghosts. It's just not possible, not realistic and unfortunately when we die that's it, lights out game over. Peace

Good grief. Every college dorm in the country is haunted. Mine housed the ghost of a sea captain. Wonder where he's hanging out now that the dorm is a parking lot. Maybe the back seat of somebody's Beemer. It's not just the dead who are losing their marbles around here. Maybe your favorite booth at Applebee's is haunted. Don't look over your shoulder. Flaming skull. Moaning Myrtle is occupying your bathroom.

It's a college dorm. By definition, bizarre stuff happens in college dorms. This is why the majority of American offspring are not turned loose in society until they're 21 or so.

I had the same exact experience. I lived in Burrstone my sophomore year of college. One night I couldn't sleep and I looked up toward the window and I saw a big, dark figure. I also got a really strange feeling, almost like depressed. I never experienced that feeling or saw that figure again. I also saw a man walk into the bathroom area one night. He had brown pants on a white shirt and a hat. He was dressed much like the way they dressed in the 60's and 70's. Which coincides with the mafia activity that took place at the Ramada Inn during that time
