Listen, I don't know who you people are, but Lia is one of the most amazing women and mothers I have ever met. She has had a lifetime of shitty cards dealt her way and still I see a smile on her face and determination and courage in her heart. This woman you want to talk trash about has risen up from the bottom of the barrel of tragedy again and agian, and despite everything she has been put through, she still fights for sucess and a better life for her pretty little girls. She is doing more with her life in the year I have know her than any of you jokers have ever done. SHe is about to be one of the biggest successes to ever come through Johnson Park, despite not needing the strick discipline of the program. Wow, slander in how many states??? Rick has now become Bill from PA, Fran from CT, and he is apparently from MA. As well as pulling this bs drama game here on Utica's page, he has been slandering me elsewhere on here as well. Sad really that a 34 year old man has such identity issues, and such an ustable mind. Well, since he is in the business of throwing my name out here, his name is Richard "Rick" Dievendorf. He has abused me for years, prevented me from being able to be a mommy to my kids, and even nearly killed me because I ws trying to take extra hours at work so he'd quit complaining about my little paycheck. Since I left his abuse, I have my own car, apartment, my kids coming back to me soon, I'm about to graduate with 2 degrees at the same time the spring of next year, I have the world at my heels and I aint even gotten started yet!!! Rick posted trash about me so he could comment on it and then defend me openly. It's really easy for anyone to see when you take into account that Rick is a truck driver and travels all over the north east (MA, PA, CT, etc) so take his drama for what it is, simply that, DRAMA (well, and slander if I persue the issue). I even had tp get a restraining order on him to make him stop harassing me and despite that he still stalks me online in every way he can. But this is his idea of LOVE? He could use some prayers that he finds the psychiatric help he needs to relly get better. I'll be praying for him to heal, pray with me Utica ;)

Funny how it gets posted that he's the one with issues. I know him, and have dealt with her. I also know FOR A FACT that he's not the one posting. What was failed to get mentioned was he ALSO has a restraining order. The reason for the mutual was so he DIDN'T smear her in court. She blaintly lied to her lawyer as she des to everyone. She claimed to never be in a courtroom that I personally have seen papers from. I also have read paperwork where she said IN COURT that she lied about domestic violence. I have read letters that she left behind stating "everytime (she) left Rick she was walking out on her daughter" also. Written to her "papa" admitting she needs help but can't understand why she won't get it. Along with several poems, letters, admissions, etc that continually say she needs help, he's the only one who gets her where she needs to be, He keeps her on the right path al the time. If she's so innocent, why did she set up a lil old lady to walk up to me personally and say "Be careful, He's nuts". It's always poor Amee/lia. As for him bein the reaso she lost her girls, WHY is it she has only seen them twice to see them since June when they broke up. I can tell you why, because she wants to look good when she goes back to the same family court that questions her stability and she confessed to knowly and admittedly LIED to a court. She can only get down to see her daughter now due to a vehicle her room mate had. She does NOT work and davels in acting for low budget films that no child should be exposed to. I have had MANY people tell me about her flings behind his back when they were together, and of course he knows of a couple. Because of the way rumors fly and stories grow I don't know for sure how many are true and how many are just brought on by troubled souls therefore I don't get into that, But fact is, She is far from innocent. Now how is it he was so bad and treated her so poorly when he was driving a truck five days a week to support her butt. If she was that unhappy, why stay in the situation for four years. She could leave at any point. She stayed until he stopped bending to her every whim. Once he realized he was being used and walked all over, he stopped letting her use him. I find it funny she sang his praises to me until she realized we were getting close. Once she saw she was losing her control, she started getting a little testier. Once she told him she was pregnant and called him to bring her sweats she told him she thought the baby was his, the following week it was his baby, The third week he was actually thinking maybe something good was coming out of everything, he was starting to accept this as a sign and she then slams him with it's not his. Yes, he was upset and said hurtful things. So did she. What shedoesn't grasp is bad thing happen to alot of people. That doesn't give you the right to walk all over everyone else. It also should be a lesson a to how you SHOULD treat people. Do unto others. I have been attacked several times by her words also. I have experienced first hand her manipulation. I must admit, that is one thing she's good for. So for her to post bad things on him is not suprising. How about all the bad thing she has done. Apparently this delightful program isn't teaching her what it should. Plus if it is so excellent, how come she's pregnant again and doesn't see her children on a regular basis?

Also to further show her true nature, She had to get a restraining order due to his supposed nastiness, yet she continued calling and texting him until he found out what she was doing. To the point of calling him on her birthday to ask him to take her down to see her kid. Where were all the friends then? Using his cell phone even after secretly starting her prepaid up. Keeping tabs on where he is and what he's doing as much as possible. Trying to find out from his friends what he's up to, since he's blocked all communication. Good people don't use and manipulate. And if she doesn't care and is so worried about his stability, why keep such close tabs. I could write a book on here, but just the jist here is needed. Saving an innocent name is what needs to happen and hers is far from the one. Heck, she even called him to help her with her math homework. She made the mess of her life. She needs to accept responsibility. What is irritating is she won't. Of course looking at it from a third party, maybe she can't as part of her OWN admission of mental defect.

One last quick point, According to the paperwork from the state when she lost her kids, it wasn't his fault at all. It was her leaving her leaving her kids unattended, Demanding in her doctors office medication she couldn't take while breastfeeding and questionable mental state of mind. How any of those things are his fault are way beyond me. I have even found letters where she didn't know who the father of one of her children was. Hmmm, sounds firmiliar. And with this she claims to love Ricks daughter. Really? Why steal from her? Why not return her PS2, her games, her movies. She continued to try to use another innocent life for her own gain. Yes, used his own daughter t try to keep tabs. This is your amazing woman. Good luck with life.
