Saw the sign from the canal last week. It's located just west of the DOT bldg along the canal. The lower part is assembled on the concrete base. The upper part with the UTICA on it looks like its ready to go. If you take the canal road near Aqua Vino you can drive by and see it being assembled.

So six months after its been announced and after five years worth of "planning" they still don't have a ridiculous sign put up yet?

So the same guys that burned down their business "color add" and re opened under UTICka Signs are putting up the sign? Well if it was five years in the making then it should be under color adds contract and not the new companies name... Duhhhhhhhh
In other words, the are not liable if the sign comes down due too "wind" nor are the responsible for the repairs "numerous" repairs. I guess its another wright off'

CHACHING.

Since it is father's day, I have to tell you that your father would be ashamed of you and please do not procreate.
