Her favorite tactic as an attorney was to wait until the end of day (1 minute to 5:00) on the evening before a court hearing, or deposition, and fax a letter to the opposing attorney and court (if involved) canceling the event scheduled for the next morning.

Real sneaky bitch.

hopefully now that she has been held accountable by the bar assco, now when other lawyers etc make complaints they will see she has a past record and the accountability will contiue and maybe she can get herself removed with her behavior

That whole election was a political play. She doesn't really care about anything. Pellegrino should have gotten a seat on the bench. At least that guy gives a shit! It's sad that he got so disgusted with the school board that he isn't running anymore, but who can blame him? He overturned millions of dollars in shady construction deals and shoddy work only to have it all squashed. I can only imagine as a judge he would have been just as firm and fair.

I agree with you 100%. D.Victor would make a great judge. He's honest, ethical, compassionate and fair. He's also a very good marksman, so you don't want to mess with him.

Amen to that, sometimes you just have to be patient. Her true colors came out for all to see. How many husbands did she use to get where she is?

Before I hired her, I wish someone would have had the courtesy to tell how bad she was. She never gave me a real assessment of my case, rather wanted to go to trial in this divorce.....ran the bill up, irritated the judge, wasted time, and cost me several hundred thousand. I trusted her and she is untrustworthy. She never explained community property in this state and how it ultimately would affect me and never prepared me for the eventual failure of the case.

The first day of the trial, prior to the start of it, she asked me questions that showed that she had no clue why we were there.

There is special place in hell for her

Very respectful to most lawyers in her Court. Very fair and thoughtful to the people appearing.
Probably a little tough to work for, but then again, so are many people.
