I really wish Carbone would stop with these BS ads telling us how we should just give them a chance because "We will make your deal". Really? I walked into a Carbone dealership with $1000 cash for a down payment on a brand new vehicle, all of my pricing research for said vehicle and basically told them that I can get this vehicle from this dealer for this price. You match or beat it and I'll buy it right now. Salesman talked to the manager and came back saying they didn't want to sell the vehicle that low yet because it was too new and that if I could buy it for that price to do it at the other dealership. I was shocked. The vehicles were identical - same options, same color, exact same sticker. Even when I offer to see where exactly they were at, they wouldn't touch it. I was willing to pay slightly more because I was going to have to drive about an 1-2 hours to take delivery. Nothing at all from Carbone - didn't even attempt to "make my deal".

So, I called the other place had it all set up, drove down and picked it up. Saved over $3000 from Carbones sticker price. It's really sad when you try to do business locally and they really don't care about your business. Sure they act like they do, but they don't. Maybe if Carbone didn't air commercials every other ad they could afford to make better deals. I've now turned everyone I know onto this new place because it was hands down the best car buying experience ever. Carbone just lost a ton of business from us.

Carbone has a monopoly on auto dealerships, they can treat you lousy and actually get away with it. I went to syracuse and got a good deal.

I'm so sick of the carbone bashing. Love how people expext to buy a car and not let the salespeople who work their ass off make a small comission. Obviously that's their job, they need to make money to support their family. And yes, let's buy from nye and fucillo, cause they do so much for our area. Carbone donates a ton of money to every charity in this area, not those others losers. So, I will continue to give my money to them, at least they give back. Billy and nye take your money and laugh at you!

I wish we still had WBRE and not WKTV. It was nice not having these stupid commercials on every 10 minutes.

Had the same thing happen to me. Went shopping for a vehicle, they wanted 5K over book, when I told them I found the same model at a diff dealer for a lot less, they told me to go buy it there.....so I did. There's a big difference between salemen making comission and ripping people off! I know everyones gotta make a living, but 5k over is just ridiculous. I hate carbone...and their salesmen need an attitude adjustment too!

How is pointing out that they won't deal with a person bashing them? I saved over $3000. I'm just supposed to take it in the ass so the salesman can make that commission? Sorry, pal I'll drive to where the deals are. What do you think? The other dealer didn't make any money? If I wanted to bash them specifically, I'd name the actual dealership, but I'm here to point out the bunk in their advertising. Alex Carbone is on TV every 3 minutes telling me to just give them a chance to make my deal. I did and they wouldn't.

I've dealt with Carbone in the past and I can tell you they don't give a damn about YOU saving money and getting a "great deal". Al they care about is making a profit! So much for giving the customer a better deal than their competitors. I'll never deal with Carbone ever again.

I went in there looking at cars. For an hour and a half I asked how much for them to tell me oh he didn't tell you about every half. Then I get someone putting loan documents under my nose sign this and take it home tonight..... but wait a minute I still don't know how much it is.. oh they didnt tell you... I said you know what I'm outta here. Then they have the nerve to call me the next day to ask me when I'm coming to pick it up. I never asked for a loan I asked to test drive and then a price. To me that is dishonest business practice when you can't give a price.
