goto FEEDBACK at bottom of page then click inappropriate topic...paste permalink number of the topic in question into the permalink.. you can do multiples.if you want the entire page removed,, type in,,,,,, topix.com (and the name of the topix),,,for example topix.com hydro sux in googles search engine,,search for the topic you want removed from the googles search,,,,,(copy)cut and paste this link into the permalink area,then submit,,thats it,,

For all you paranoid topix users this is how it goes!
Unless you break an actual law such as make threats to do harm to anyone or place, Commits some type of fraud such as ID theft, or post illeagel content such as some kind of illeagel porn, Hacking, & Viruses in some cases, then theres no criminal charges that can be pressed!
Useing the computer as a source to exercise your first amendment right to freedom of speech is not a crime!
However one can be sued for defamation of character in a civil court if anything they said was proven to not be a true fact and had caused his good character to come into questioning! An example would be like if you went and stated that you know senator john doe was arrested once for possesion of a controled substance and then people started doubting him and crap. If an investigation proved what you stated was not a true fact then he can probably sue you!
As far as removing forum posts goes, It does work so why waste the money on a lawyer who will probably get you nothing!
