If anyone from my workplace sees this there will be a ton of replies supporting you. Just about every week someone has a negative Carbone story. Their motto should be, "carbone, a name you know and a name you CAN'T trust... good luck.

i bought a sunbird from them back in 91'. their service stunk then, and i see not much has changed. never bought agin from them. car was in shop every week. i learned the "boned" way. i swear they get lesser quality cars there, even off of the factory line. u can't tell me every car made passes quality assurance 100%. just my thoughts on that one.

Billy Menandez worst service manager ever at Carone Ford in Rome. Then they promote him to service director at Rome, Dons and Pontiac. Rude, disrespectful and very unknowledgeable. I asked him if he had ever turned a wrench in his life and he said no. Not the guy to be running 3 service departments.

I have had great experiences with Carbone Honda. Their salesman, Tom was very helpful and the service dept was top notch.
THE NAME

Their name says it all:

They sell you a "Car"

And then they "Bone" you when it comes to service!

Hence the name, "CarBone"
Great service

You are a liar! Billy Menandez couldn't be a nicer more helpful guy. He ran the service department at Honda first and made it number one in customer satisfaction. He has helped Rome ford bring customers back to that dealership.

The guy is a total ass. I was present in the service area when he asked a 60 year old man if he wanted to go to the parking lot and solve the problem "mano on mano". The old guy looked at me and asked me what the hell he was talking about. Total dirt bag. Many more stories if you talk to the right people

I bought a 2009 honda brand new haven't even had it a year and the leather seats started to get hard and peel. So
I took it in to have them looked at they were totally jerks about it and tried to blame me, they even had the nerve to ask me if I spayed bugs spary on them. After going thorugh alot of higher up's they finnally agreed to fix them and then said its a one time deal... and buyin a car from them and now a one Time deal for sure!!!!!

they all are crooks. Thats another reason why the car business is down. You go to any car dealer to buy a car and a car that you paid top dollar for and if your trading it in your going to take a big hit. The greedy salesmen want to eat steak on you. They are thieves. I hope all sales men go broke. I am not going to support their coke and gambling habit.Thats all I want to do is buy an honest deal on a car. Everyone who buys a new or used car is laughed at because their getting screwed. Now that cars are in the 20000 to 40000 range the people are not ever going to buy cars like they did in the past. Those days are gone even if the economy improves.Vultures....

crooked ways... undercoating, options like a factory radio for 600 dollars, get a life, a radio that cost probably 10 dollars in parts and labor, 1000 for air conditioning, ha ha I could buy a big house air unit fot far less, trumped up options are a joke. and the car is all plastic , 20 percent metal. The ones made in korea and
japan cheap labor and big bucks on big markup. They train the salesmen in many ways to screw you and make you think you got a deal. Yea you got a deal when you bought a car that cost about 2000 dollars to build and you paid 20000'
