All this talk of work harder or find a different job....is just plain idiotic. Having a union just is not about pay, but benefits. Health Care, vacation, working conditions, and respect. In a union, the workers have a voice. Yes company's intentions are to make money, but they cannot do that without the their labor force. It's this simple: without the workers, no company in America would exist. Therefore, all workers, if WISE, would want a say in their pay and benefits. Company's will not pay more for harder work, anyone that believes they do in just plain stupid. Companies want the highest profit possible, if you work harder, that means more money for the company, not you.
If your company isn't compensating you well enough find somewhere else. You must be one of the weak and lazy who needs a paid union rep to speak and protect you. You know, like the assumption you make that hard work shouldn't mean more money for you.

So working harder or seeking employment somewhere else is illogical to you? Paying third party union dues to speak for you is logical to you? Please continue on because you're only digging yourself into a deeper hole.
No, really, I'm not. YOU are grasping at straws. I said none of what you are summarizing and assuming I say. Get it together dude...you're falling apart. Re-read posts and some questions that have come your way. Your idealism is transparent just as I assume you to be. You've missed point after point. And we've really gotten nothing from our exchanges.

I'm as open minded as they come. Perhaps you'll grow some and learn to be the same.

For now what you show is simple, simple, simple -- superficial at best. But it's been my pleasure, really. Again, I could pick people like you out at a dinner party or other social occasion with ease. Clocking a used car salesman is so easy even a caveman can do it!

Happy uneducated advocating for things you know nothing of.

Ciao Union Buster.

Ciao Union Buster.
I'm easy to pick out at a dinner party. I'm the guy who has only 5 years and 3 months left on a mortgage for a home valued at over 500k in clifton park which when it's paid for I will sell for a handsome profit and leave this state. See, here in the clifton park area we actually have demand for property and an actual "nano high tech" plant not some fictional idea. I own two cars and still get a company car. I carry two cell phones which are both paid for by the company. I make fun of the area I was born in quite a bit as stories about you people never cease to stop amusing outsiders...such as the utica sign and the shittermaker.

Now when you actually want to make a point it can be acknowledged. Please continue.
