Agreed i just started working there about one week ago and I love it 17.55 bucks an hour order picking!! And up to 30% wage on top of that for pulling over 100% I was skeptical at first because of all the negative forums people saying they work you like slaves? I guess they've never been out in az in 117 degree weather swinging a pick and a shovel all day for 13 bucks an hour.. It's tough and yes you need to have condition more than anything boxes aren't that heavy but you do pick lots and lots of them.. But I rather do that in 32 degree fridge than what I just to do for much less!! And people saying they don't focus on safety?? I've spent 20 hours total in the past week learning about safety and how important it is.. Ps also on top of the 30% incentive they give out a bonus every quarter of the year depending on how well the warehouse is doing could add up to 200-400 dollars extra every 4 months depending on your wage!!

To honestly..... i am sure by now you are management of course!!! I worked there when it first opened in the 90's for almost 10 years and let me tell you it is an evil cut throat place to work. I am a female who was very much married at the time & if i wanted a promotion it was expected for you to sleep with upper management. Needless to say i never got promoted also kept to myself with just a few female friends that i bonded with. Although the pay was good back then for this area you better believe i earned every penny of it by being hit on ,talked dirty to, looked at up & down like a piece of meat finally i quit!!!! Place sucks women beware unless you want that promotion of course! Kiss ass & f**k and you will be a real teamplayer!!!!

I'm sorry but you are mistaken. They constantly are having to compromise on what they would like to do. Insurance companies and adjusters put a lot of pressure.. Not to mention a lot of money in the physician pocket
