Did current NYS GOV CUOMO extort 25% of the TS Casino profits from Ray Halrbritter by threatening (like a mobster calling it a deal) to open other casinos in the 10 counties around the TS..While by signing the agreement CUOMO made with Halbritter...IT was CUOMO'S deal offer to him..while it denied NYS citizen's the rights to equal gambling rights in NYS ...giving TS control in 10 counties..You think WALMART could pull that off?

Just WHO really was violated in all of this..for money..255 of..?

Cuomo made it clear in negotiations that he had no interest in the job security at TS stone he laid that in Halbritter's hand to get the money ..while refusing to let any other gambling source use table gaming in the 10 counties deal..So CUOMO was going to possibly let the casino shut down by letting competition open if his money demand offer was not met..CUOMO should never have denied NYS citizen's those gaming rights to get Halbritter's money..
