No company in their right mind would locate here in this welfare infected jigger land. The blacks would be raping and stealing all the white peoples stuff.

There are qualified people in the Utica area but most likely already have a good job and in some cases are retired. I for one consider myself qualified for various jobs in this industry and have done similar work. However, why would I leave a job where I currently make $70/hr have 4 weeks vacation, good benefits, flex time, etc. I guess things can change though at this point I would not change jobs. I am certain there are others in the area who are qualified as well. They do not all live in Clifton Park...
And no, I do not plan to buy AHL Hockey Tickets...
That's all well and good. You hit the nail on the head. Anyone who is qualified for these positions are surely already employed in the utica region and wouldn't leave a secure position. Also the region is very much touching themselves thinking they could draw these talented professionals into the utica area with the quality of life that is currently offered. These professionals are not migrant workers. They are people that have opportunities across the country available to them. I'm not trying to be a prick but why on earth would they choose the utica region to live?

I'm a graduate of Devry Institute and should be a shoe in for a management position off the bat. I'll help as many of you as possible to get in there also.
