He is banking on getting the block heads to vote for him. Maybe he should settle his bebts and father another child with Harmony and jerk off the common council for backing. Does he even have a party backing?

You would vote for a deadbeat father who owes many people money but the only friends he has are Bosnians who use him. He was once Ed Hannas little under the desk blonde boy.

County legislator endorsement is same old politics

(Former Oneida County Legislature Democratic Minority Leader) Harry Hertline’s endorsement of Rose Ann Convertino borders on the laughable. As a legislative analyst for more than a year, I observed Convertino on an almost daily basis.

Hertline described Convertino as “responsible, concerned, and tireless”— traits that she practiced: Her only concern was her re-election (which for her meant voting with Republicans on every major issue to ensure that she have no opponent the next time she faced the voters); she was responsible to Chairman Jerry Fiorini’s wishes; and tireless in making trouble in the Democratic caucus.

There is no surprise to me or to anyone who has observed the county legislature for the past several years that Hertline would endorse Convertino: it is in line with both of their political careers. Neither one of them ever met a Republican idea they didn't like.

Gordon: The greatest challenge facing my district is combating crime and preserving our historical nature. The district that I am running in has an aging population coupled with a very diverse population of refugees. The Bosnian culture continues to contribute to neighborhood revitalization. Keeping our streets safe is a major goal in protecting my people’s personal property and well-being. In order to attract new business and promote revitalization, the people must feel that they are in a safe neighborhood. The seniors need a new leader that listens to their concerns and is proactive in finding solutions. I will be that person.
