Part of his plea agreement with the DA's office was that he would no longer hold a job with the school district.Typical of Utica New York as time passes everyone forgets. Franco comes out smelling like a rose.

they are definitely the worst of the worst, conley is no better than a common street criminal and franco is no better. It pisses me off that my tax dollars go tword paying these crooks I want to go to the next board meeting and get some answers. Does anyone know when they meet next.

I wish you luck if you go. However I really don't think it's going to help. The Franco brothers and Conley were first hired on the PD by then Mayor LaPolla. The Francos didn't meet meet the minimum qualifications and Conley didn't even pass the back ground. I hope you also realize that the Jones kid who was fired from the PD for beating an invalid in a wheelchair also works for the school or at least did.

Thatís a great idea. Go to the board meeting, stand up during the time allotted for public comment and make yourself heard. Just remember that they make you state your name and address before you speak, so if you decide to publically slander someone, you will not be anonymous like you are here. If more people went to these meetings and got involved, we might get better people to serve on these boards. My guess is that you wonít go to the meeting. The problem with the posters on Topix is that they are big on complaining but short on acting. That is why the mayoral recall movement was such a big success on Topix, but a huge failure in reality. All talk, no action.

I will be at the school board meeting tomorrow. I'll stand up and cheer when you are done making your statement to the board. I can't wait. It will be great to hear someone back up their complaints with some action. Maybe it will start a trend and make politicians accountable for their actions. See you tomorrow night.
