yesterday in East Utica, Kunkel , city ambulance, 2 fire trucks and one cop car responded for a call. Yep we need the keystone cops and fire department, 10 people on one call.

It's called keeping the empire solvent. The UFD has perpetuated this EMS revenue generating sham from the get go to keep their organization from further ruin. It has kept the compliment higher and padded the future pensions of its firemen. Private ambance can do it all just as better and for a cheaper overall expenditure. And dont give us the bleeding heart story of the level of patient care....All these emts take the same state certificaton for the nys dept of health. You are using fully trained fireman on amubances because of greed. Plain and simple.

Unfortunately the people of utica walk around with blinders on and listen to the chief and mayor and the unions as to what is what. God forbid anyone go out and study an issue for themselves. All the UFD brass is focused on is continual revenue generation to Continue the empire. Watch and see what further nonsense comes about in new and innovative ways to make money for their dept and the city. God speed and thank god we have the suburbs.

you are taking the word of a man who once wanted his "house dues" reduced bc he doesn't drink coffee and felt he shouldnt have to pay as much???? House dues are typically 10 bucks every payday and coffee is probably one of the largest expenditures. This was back 15 years ago when house dues were likely 5 bucks a payday.

HOUSING YOUR DARK.

Your DARK can be accommodated in cages with stout iron bars. Make sure, however, that the bars are wide enough to push pieces of DARK food through. The rule of thumb is, four DARK per square yard of cage. So a fifteen foot by thirty foot DARK cage can accommodate two hundred DARKs. You can site a DARK cage anywhere, even on soft ground. Don't worry about your DARK fashioning makeshift shovels out of odd pieces of wood and digging an escape tunnel under the bars of the cage.DARKs never invented the shovel before and they're not about to now. In any case, your DARK is certainly too lazy to attempt escape. As long as the free food holds out, your DARK is living better than it did in Africa, so it will stay put. Buck DARKs and hoe DARK can be safely accommodated in the same cage, as bucks never attempt sex with black hoes.

It's a secret because it lost lots of money. City and FD are to stupid to try to figure it out.

...and every penny of that revenue is going right back to the UFD to pay for staffing and pension benefits. Stop & think...if they took in $7.8M wouldn't at least half of that go to the city general fund? What did the latest figures reveal? the city has an end of year surplus of $500K. So where is all this money going???
Don't believe Brooks, Palmieri, Cerminaro or any of these slobs.
