Now we will the Friends and Family corruption at its finest when the bids are awarded for half ass work being done to create more pot holes by next year!

Better get a piece of it for Utica and use it wisely (not squander it on overpriced friends and family contracts that line pockets and only cover 2 streets)....the whole city needs repaving.
