Wolanin stopped his car on the ramp along side of the car on the shoulder without activating his unmarked patrol car fully equipped emergency lights. When the motorcycle came up the ramp and around the bend she didn't expect to see a parked car sitting in the single parking lane with another car parked on the shoulder. I was taught that if you had to stop in the driving lane that the first thing you do to get the attention of other motorists is to activate your emergency flashers.

This is an accident being investigated not an intentional act by either party. Very sad that posters on this social media outlet are such idiots. I do believe that if your true name was posted here you would not have the balls to write any such nonsense.

If you actually cared about those police you cite who died in the line of duty, you'd be questioning what exactly the fuck the problem with Wolanin is. You'd also question what the fat lying slob Rob Maciol the sheriff did with his much ballyhooed Wyman report which was promised over two years ago.

I think your problem is you're trying to assail people who obviously KNOW that whitestown/oneida co. clownshow of lairs and conniving pompous frauds. It doesn't work no matter how whiny or cutesy you try to get with it see? If you read these, this is the HISTORY. Nobody said they were there to see it. Show me the sentence? Stop making a doof out of yourself. It makes you and the Gang that Couldn't Find Their Guns look extra stupid, above the level of stupidity they're displaying now.

Let's start simple. What kind of a job could we offer these fat public zits that doesn't expose taxpayers and normal people to their lawsuits... expenses, exorbitant pensions, attitudes and the Toxic Public Safety Cloud of Glory? Something harmless. Maybe chairmaking. Anything to keep these people from endlessly bungling and ruining people's lives or being filthy liars.

Wolanin denying two burnt, taped cats "didn't seem related" when covering for Joseph Sullivan the Whitestown CatRipper son of.. it goes on and on. They're all scum, and history is all people are really using to call this. And you act astonished? Really? These people are morons. The funniest part is that the only people who deny it are the people who live off them or that phony public safety crew in some form.

It's a history of these people's BS. Nobody trusts the cops or troopers in NY to cough up a report with an uncomfortable truth. God fucking forbid that might mean the news might have to speak "negative" about the upstate ny Maybarry crew of criminals you call police, investigators and prosecutors. This whole post,is simply another example of the same names that keep fcking up and costing lives and money. Nobody really cares what they say anymore we know it's lies and media soundbites designed to distract from what it's really all about to people like that. First they'll say they did no wrong, just like when the Herkimer cops chased some idiot into an accident with that woman. Much later, quietly, they'll pay out and not address all the bullshit they were spewwing in the news when it happened how they did no wrong. History. These scumbags will settle and not tell anyone what it cost.

When the fat stupid sheriff releases an unredacted copy of the Wyman report maybe people outside their paychecks will start believing, or even caring about what people like Sullivan, Maciol and Wolanin have to say. Their histories say all these posters need to know. If you don't get it I just don't know wtf to tell you. Get glasses maybe.

First red flag that suggests a coverup? The Sheriffs Department is investigating instead of the State Police. The State Police will arrest their own, they sure as hell won't cover for some village cop who should have retired long ago.

I didn't witness this accident so I won't comment on it. I will comment on the general standard operating procedure of all cops in this area. There is an extreme lack of common sense and regard for safety demonstrated during traffic stops. Does an officer really need to block lanes of traffic to write a ticket? Wouldn't it make more sense to direct the driver to pull into a parking lot and out of traffic? Just yesterday I passed a cop that had 2 cars pulled over in front of the plaza where Charlie's and Subway are in Whitesboro. It was rush hour and this genius had a traffic lane blocked instead of instructing the drivers to pull into the lot and out of traffic. Great job Barney Fife! I've witnessed it too many times to not comment about it.

Get a life telling fortunes idiot. They stop cars with procedures to safeguard them from taking fire from the drivers side. Read a training manual stupid. As for Whitesboro he was investigating an accident involving two cars. Don't comment unless you know the facts.

Hey stupid shouldn't it be found at fault and then ticketed. Being that you did not even get that right I doubt you have a clue as to any traffic laws or accident investigation skills. What's that ?, drop your pants I can't hear what your asshole is saying.

Perhaps the mentally retarded local cops should get smart and recognize far more accidents and deaths resulting from police stops are the result of MVAs not the much promoted action-movie gunfire and mushroom clouds you rabid cheerleaders and public safety wannabees claim. Even with your excuse there he could still move the freakshow off the roadway and get shot or not somewhere else. See if this fits in your brain: The greater danger by far is the MVAs.

Or was that just your own dizzy attempt at the usual endless excuses for the "lawman" ilk they've transformed into since we know few of them are real cops anymore who actually do it for the Right Reasons. I can't imagine any other region that has it that bad, many couldn't stay employed in some real police agencies. This kind of local yokal morasse makes a lot of good police who wouldn't put up with some of these stupidfck's designs look bad. This is the problem with the upstate NY brand of badge pissants. You go around fcking everyone's lives up and always have some bitch-thin excuse like you're so worried. Maybe if they weren't such troublemaking public parasites all the time people wouldn't go shooting at the stupid mofos. Just a guess there.

Just saying, the way the police treat people today, and are seen today, even normal peaceful people are fed up with them. So it's not surprising the loonies and criminals are shooting at them. Now how do you think the real cops feel? It's getting to be a freakshow there.

By your logic, it's perfectly fine to cause a death in the name of "whatever the police agenda is now" stopped in the middle of the fcking road like a moron and creating the hazard simply because the policemen are afraid they are in the techno smacktical "line of imaginary fire" bullshit. WTF you people are so illogical, petty and defensive there's no talking to you. Better to just point fingers and laugh. Sure it's self centered but the really is no hope up there you're all a clusterphucqk. So what scandalous bullsht drama will unfurl next? Will the wink wink """"" inveXtigation"" """" be a big drama? Will it be like Sheriff Middaugh's Blinded by the Light report?

You people in Oneida County need a fzucking reality show no joke. If cable is making millions off duck hunter hillbillys you people would be like fcking Star Wars on crack to America.

Spoken like a true cop, thanks for confirming that you're an idiot! So now you get your chance to enlighten us all with your cop wisdom Dirty Harry! What exactly in the procedure would prevent a cop from taking fire from the drivers side in this instance? He was blocking the traffic lane during rush hour...putting both drivers AND the stupid cop at risk, not to mention other drivers trying to get around them. Neither car showed obvious signs of damage. So tell me again exactly WHY it was a good idea to do the routine in a traffic lane instead of the parking lot 8 ft to the right of the street?

And you also only replied to this specific incident I mentioned and not the general practice of doing that exact same thing with ALL traffic stops! Enlighten the rest of us you moron!

Most employers would do a post accident drug and alcohol test. Wonder if this standard policy with Town employees. If it was a citizen you can be assured they would be conducting the field sobriety stuff.
