New Hartford School Board Wake Up

The New Hartford Community is sick and tired of all this negative press on our school district and community. The Superintendent and Athletic Director are responsible for this state of negativity due their hypocratic and self serving ways.
The board has been informed about the AD and his actions and policies and still no action! Wake up please. Have some self respect and respect for the tax payer and students.
AD-Drunk and disorderly while working a NHLL Concession booth and subsequent LL coaches meeting 2011. Super was aware of it, board was and the Village mayor. Nothing done
Nepotism -Hiring his close friends to fill vacancies. Hobin stating no more parents coaching at NH? Really-except for Mike Nole the Supers brother?
How about The Boys Modified and JV Baseball teams? Friends of the AD -non teachers non certified and their own kids on the team.
Girls JV Softball-AD's friend, Teacher outside of district and again his kids on the team.
AD's wife- Girls Lacrosse and Basketball his kids on the team.
Back dooring Callan and Jones this past year. Telling other Football coaches its me or Jones.
AD allows coaches to step on each others toes with students. Dont play this sport or you better show up to my workouts off season or no playing time. What kind of atmosphere is that to create.
Ed Prue having to go to the Union to secure Girls Varsity Basketball Head coach for this year because the AD did not want him. The list goes on and on.
Our US World and News Report rating has dropped each and every year.
There is no accountability by the AD nor the Superintendent.
The Superintendent is intimidated and afraid of the AD. The AD sets policy and it is spoken through the Superintendent, a puppet of the AD
Everyone knows this and is aware of it.
There is good to come of this. The kids no longer hold on to athletic ideals or dreams. They realize there is too much outside of their control and realize their academics scores are entirely under their control with no politics involved. These kids know exactly what is going on. I should know. I am one of them.

These clowns need to go and the AD is the biggest clown there is. Please parents, read this post by this young student and call the school board to get the correct thing done. Fire the AD.

Dear Bill,

The noise needs to come from within meaning the students. Expecting parents to make noise in a like New Hartford is a waste. They are too worried about being socially blacklisted at various gatherings. You folks have the energy. Hold a peaceful protest or rally. Blow the lid wide open and then watch how your parents will have no choice but to listen and take action. Be the catalyst for change with no repercussions! You can do it!
