Heh Mayor Palmieri, How is that New Ford Taurus Working Out For You

Palmieri likes the new city car and the city is broke.Great leadership and example.

It isn't a perk of the job you moron. He is a wanna be cop. He shows up at crime scenes with lights and sirens. Pretty sure that is illegal. Let's get rid of some police officers/firemen so we can get ourselves new city cars. Palmieri is a disgrace!

Just once it would be a miracle if we could elect one Mayor in Utica that could show some dignity and character. Why do they all feel entitled to compensation on the taxpayers backs, especially Rob in his first term who hasn't worked long enough to earn his credibility and worth yet. I to am very disappointed in him and his lack of judgement. We did not nedd another Roefaro after what we just went through the last four years of bankrupting the city. It's down right shameful.

He talks about people doing things because its personal, yet he will not listen to anyone because he takes it as a personal affront.

Pretty soon that new car will be going north on 12,to Robs camp on 4th lake.See if he can smash up another city vehicle.

Palmieri is nothing but a opportunist, he will suck the city dry, the only good thing is that he will be the last of the bloodsuckers because there is no more blood. He was trained well on how to use the system, family and friends come first, forget the people of Utica, a sorry excuse for a mayor. Utica Propery Owners must get the vaseline ready, he is going to screew them in several weeks when he gets his crying towel out and tells them we have to protect public safety pensions and health insurance and there is no money so I have to raise your taxes. In all my days on this earth I do not know how anybody could of voted for this guy, check his past record, he has been on the city tit way too long.

Robby will also tell you that there is nothing you can do to change the Roefaro UPD padded contracts and health benefits but this is not true either. You give the union an ultimatum. You take pay cuts and give up some costly perks, they re-negotiate and pay part of your health care or the city cuts more officers, period. We can get ten more officers on the streets if we go back to pre-Roefaro contracts that were packed full of sweets and candy canes. If that don't work you hire non-union employess to do payroll, secretarial duties, facebook and computers monotoring and all other positions not involving street police work. Enough is enough because if the unions need ten more officers it can be done with negotiations of a mayor who has experiance and back bone, Sick of paying more and more every year for less and less when there are solutuions. Unions don't like it they can take to low road and high tail out of dodge and replace them with new fresh personal.

On the OD site it says that Palmieri is refusing to give the council the estimated budget for this year until the end of the month even though he has it. Well there goes transparentcy out the fuken window. We must stop voting in either Republican or democrate canadates from now on. There all on the same family and friends plan. Rooby also says this is the toughest budget Utica has ever faced just like Roefaro said every year before he raised taxes higher. WTF were so fuken screwed but that didn't stop himself from buying him and the UPD chief from buying their brand new cars.
