Should you tell??? Why WOULDN'T you tell?!? This poor family looses an innocent daughter to murder and people know things they are not telling? That is unthinkable at best.Have you considered if this was your daughter, sister, mother, wife...Blood is on hands who know ANYTHING and are not telling. So Be It.

I agree, blood is on the hands of those who know but you see, I've told everything I know. I was referring to sharing more on this shit topix site.

<quoted text> The people who left behind DNA that was easy to save are dead. The police did NOT use a method of swabbing for skin cells so the killers DNA was not found. The only DNA was from a vaginal swab. She was not killed by the two men who consent/raped her while the other two waited for their chance. There is nothing that will be done, they can't get enough evidence to try the case after all this time. They blew it when they didn't charge the men who left DNA that they collected, now their dead, and they can't do anything. Their version of CSI is taking photos, and destroying evidence or contaminating it. They should be working a drive thru. Thanks to the fuzz for allowing the killer to get away with murder. Again, they had two DNA hits and both are dead, the case was the biggest cluster FK by the fuzz in history.
The original investigation was an absolute mess as we all know, and that's an understatement... I believe there are more people involved than those who are dead. No proof either one of them killed Kim. The answers lie within this community and the truth will come out. It's called karma!

I think the brother did it in a fit of rage, he pushed her and she fell and hit her head. Old man Wood some how contacted someone he knew for help and the girl according to the psychics that Bob Wood ordered away from the search site and made sure those cops chased them away. One said she was alive but couldn't be saved. When YOU ask the public to help in the search, to me, you're obligated to accept all help for those psychics might have helped. What father/family wouldn't sell their souls to the Devil to get their kid back? Any parent with nothing to hide but searching for all hope to get their child back. The brother was a juvenile, not much would have happened to him. The brother has a vile temper for he was harassing a much older guy who was minding his own business to the point the older guy had it and told the beast that he killed his sister and was as crazy as his old man.

Now, Raquette Lake, no way would anyone in law enforcement ALLOW for them to participate in the search, there would have been forensic evidence to be taken. Remember, January 94 was bitterly cold weather, windchill well below zero. To even have the mother up there dolling out sandwiches was insanity. He proved his involvement when he went up north instead of hiding in their home, hidden away from the media protected by security. The cops brought equipment from VA. It the girl was actually there, what then? How about disturbing the crime scene, her remains could have easily been scattered throughout the area by wild animals and if she had any clothing or jewelry, most likely would have still been in the area of her final resting place.

Bob knew there was a contract out, he learned it through the family and friends circle. The kid could not be saved and thought contracting her out would keep the other kid out of trouble. Now, what has become a very bad accident is now considered murder, accessory to murder, cover-up and more.

When a child is missing and YOU BEG THE PUBLIC TO HELP you accept all kinds of help. When Bob chased those psychics away, they did go back up to the area when they were done searching, I was told about 2-3 weeks later she was gone. She was alive, but couldn't be saved to have a normal life and was now gone but it didn't happen in the area that was searched, the girl was NEVER there. This is deep and does involve the men in blue.

This site is about Kim Simon's murder. If you want to talk about other cases start a poster about that. All very sad cases but my concern is bringing to justice Kim's murderer.

One of two things happened in the Kim Simon case it was either a botched police investigation or police cover up. There is no damn way a bunch of W'boro misfits are gonna all have knowledge of what became of that girl and who did it and then keep it secret all these years. Somebody would have gave the killer up in a matter of hours. The way the last two cops were looking at this case they were just looking for another Steve Barnes to pin this on and close the case. They were given the name of a W'boro figure who was a big part of that group of posers who everyone says did this and guess what? They had never heard his name before and that speaks volumes about what exactly the cops were looking at then and in the recent past. I feel it is a police cover up and the way the fuzz were looking to railroad anyone they could (Steve Barnes) and in he recent past only says one thing "they wanna hang this on anyone they can to protect somebody else and close the case"!

I would love to see this case looked at on the TNT show Cold Justice. Only problem is they work with the local police department, so it's up to our officers to contact the show for help. IF they really want it solved.

I wondered why every time kim's murder came up scott would flip out and get all nervous! Putting all the little things together now that he's out of my life. Kept asking him if you had nothing to do with it why so nervous?

Yeah that will help alot, if he didnt have anything to do with it he will when those tards get done with him. I dont think there are many ppl who wouldnt wanna see this case closed (except the person(s) who did it) but even this SA being the nice guy he is i still wouldnt want to see a person who did not do it get framed for it either. It pisses me off that there is a murderer(s) living their lives free after Barnes went through what he did and the family deserves justice.
