70%? You're being generous. This pimple is far les than that. It's some uncreative imbecile angry at the world and no way to express it beyond a child's amusement with potty words. It's amusing in a way watching them in their feces lined cage clawwing out at the world and unable to do very much but blither on the internet like a parrot stuck on old comedy routines trying to shock someone for the big thrill of the day! LOL! Reading these posts tells you someone has diarrhea of the keyboard and far too much time eating and talking about government cheese and anal this and that. Enjoy them! One day they will stop and you'll miss them and always wonder how it met its end by murder or stupidity!

It's sad how simple-minded you people are, without knowing any facts.

You do all know that this dog was put to sleep at the animal hospital it was brought to correct?

If a 100 pound German Shepherd was approaching you what would you do?

People care more for an animal than humans nowadays, and its quite disturbing.

Yes, we do know it was put to sleep. We also know why. Because of Randazzo's shooting it. Plain and simple.

I would kneel down, pet it, scruff it behind the ears and scratch its back.

Negative. People are outraged over all the dastardly deed committed upon babies, little children and adults. Proven by the postings in other topics. Not on this, because this is about an animal. AND, You do know that Randazzo received special training in handling dogs, especially large ones, at the Basic School at the State Police Academy?

Simple minded because we tell it like it really is, and therby disagree with the likes of you and Randazzo's other cop friends? I think NOT.

They're trained to shoot the dog, you mo-mo.
The dog wasn't even responding to his owners whistle or commands.
The dog is supposed to be under the control of the owner, which it clearly was not.

If the dog was running towards you...you would curl up in a ball after you shit yourself and get mauled

Randazzo has his pistol permit and is free to carry it, and good thing he did.

There you go calling names and being insulting because you are not capable of handling anything intelligently. I'm truly sorry for you and your kind. It must be hell to try to lower the morale of a contradicting debator, to try to be on the same level as they! And exactly what are you basing your words of wisdom on??!! Randazzo's lies?? He didn't go there and exit his vehicle with gun in hand to read the rules sign like les lewis is spinning. I can read the sign from the parking area in my truck. Were you there to know of what actually and truly took place? You tell us why he was there oh great one! Of course he's going to lie to cover his ass after the fact. You of all people should know this. Every defendant does, and their attornies spin the truth to prepare the jury pool. They are only trained to shoot the dog when storming a building or residence for a bust, where a dog inside may protect the owner. ONLY then. How many troopers have shot fellow State Police K-9 dogs, because of your training theory? I happen to know what the training is. I didn't get it from watching TV like you obviously did. How come, back in the 80's when a K-9 trooper was shot and killed before he could command his dog, they didn't shoot and kill it when it stood guard over its deceased master and wouldn't allow anyone to approach him? They brought the trooper's wife to the scene to take charge of the K-9 because it responded to her, since it was living in their house. Huh? Why didn't they just shoot it? With yours and Randazzo's mentality they certainly would have.

You better keep your LEO brother out of the haunted houses this weekend. We don't want him to get scared and start shooting people!!!

OK, ALL you LEO brothers of Randazzo. Try to actually be honest for a change. What if the situation was reversed? Suppose you were off duty, walking your dog at that trail, and Sperrfeld shows up with gun in hand, and shoots YOUR dog. What would you do? Seriously! Would you actually believe he was acting in self defense as an actual reason or lying for justification? Keep in mind, his bimbo had just argued with you and threatened you the day before. Would you arrest him on the spot, or overlook it? Would he have kept his weapon and permit? REMEMBER, be HONEST. How exactly would YOU handle this?

You're making too much sense stop. They'd have anyone who scared a "LEO" up on every charge they can think of. We went over this in PS classes. They let the police do what they please because it enables the ruling class to manipulate people. We even went over this about a police dog that was killed so the cops tried to charge the criminal with assault and murder of a "police officer". As long as it's convenient see?

Wow, this Randazzo is a real dangerous character. Anyone who would kill an animal at the request of some acquaintance is probably capable of much worse. What a disgrace to his profession. Anyone who thinks this is just an animal cruelty case is sadly mistaken. This man and his lady friend are` dangerous people. What if its you that crosses their path next time. Who knows where you would end up. Anthony Randazzo is a creep.

What? Are you suggesting the outcome would have been different if the incident happened within the limits of the City of Utica? That's a joke!
