My son was there to help, only few parents there to volunteer and almost less on the tours. Maybe nd could rent the facilities to the next charter school. Wait til half the staff is laid off and classes cut bc low enrollment. Cant wait to hear what the teachers who have been told to keep their mouths shut have to say then! Maybe sister could retire on the lifetime movie kickbacks...sellout

The principal doesn't look well, I don't know how much longer she can physically handle the job. She isn't at school much now

Difference is ND is passing this information to students through non certified teachers. Thats why the avg SAT scores of ND students are below public schools in the area. Most of the families there choose ND because they feel unsafe in the larger public school. They pay tuition for comfort and pay tutors and the Sylvania learning center to educate. Not bad if you can afford to pay school taxes as well as tuition. Religion is taught to kids for free at area churches if you want religion.
A little known fact is ND employs some teachers who do not even have an Associates degree. Teaching without a college degree of any kind. And you wonder why the kids score low on SATs at ND?

Are you idiots serious? Proctor is last in education in Upstate Ny. ND ranks above most schools in the area with the exception of NH. There are FACTS.

These comments are only relevant when you compare ND to Proctor as a whole. If you compare ND to students at Proctor with the same socioeconomic backgrounds, ND starts to look pretty bad. That is why ND loses when compared to New Hartford. The socioeconomic status of NH students is higher than ND. If you want to make comparisons like these, be sure you are comparing “apples to apples”.

Very true Justice...compare apples to apples ... most public schools do much better. They have better resources and better teachers. Lets face it ND isnt Syracuse CBA or Rochester McQuaid or Aquinas. Nd is poor and run by a psycho nun

Nah! Never gonna happen. SAM would rather close the school than admit to a mistake she orchestrated. As a nun she is not nor has she ever been (as i understand it) a very forgiving person. Which is ironic: isn't it? Isn't that one of the tenants of the catholic teachings?

SAM isnt Catholic. She isn't forgiving. She is an insecure power hungry tyrant. The students dislike her as does the parents. The dwindling population of the school should be held directly to SAM .

Either way, enrollment forms were sent home and should have been returned to be eligible for drawing discount. With whats been returned, school will not reopen in fall

Even if the nun gets fired, nd cannot be saved...damage has been done. Whos gonna save the school? The diocese in syracuse that could care less? Jim joseph and vinny gilroy who are already importing???? Or am i confusing this with why families cant put food on table due to the oneida limited incident?
