A video published to YouTube on Monday by author and activist Mark Dice shows residents of San Diego, Calif., signing a petition to support infanticide.
"Infanticide is a parent's option to relieve themselves of the burden of having to deal with the children," Dice said as one person signed the petition.
"See, these Republicans are against infanticide," he told another petition signer. "Obama's a big infanticide supporter."
"It'll help keep the population down," he explained.
"Obama's doing everything he can to support infanticide or small children," he told one man carrying his son on his shoulders.
"It's kinda like a post-birth abortion for the kids," he told one woman signing the petition.
Several people signed the petition without a second thought, but one man at the end refused, saying he does not support abortion.
One YouTube commenter said it was "quite scary" to think some could support infanticide -- the killing of children.
Another person called petition signers "typical Obama voters."
Dice, who has produced a number of videos similar to this, says that he "enjoys enlightening zombies," his term for "ignorant people."
One video, for example, shows California beachgoers signing a petition to help Obama repeal the Bill of Rights.
Recently, Dice posted a video showing how little many people really knew about the Declaration of Independence, and another video showed a number of college students in Colorado signing a petition calling on Obama to spy on Fox News.
Dice is also the author of several books on current events, secret societies and conspiracies, including his latest book, "Big Brother: The Orwellian Nightmare Come True," which is available on Amazon.com
, Kindle, Nook, Google Play and iBooks.
