I HAVE A BASIC RECIPE FOR RIGGIES..BUT WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS ANY SECRETS THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL....LOOKING FOR A NEW TWIST ON THEM

The area riggies suck compared to the ones I make. These restaurants are voted best riggies and they don't even get close to mine!
And before you start saying enter them in a contest, no way! The only way you taste my riggies is, if you eat at my house or are invited over!

leave out any of the italian seasonings and just use salt, pepper, garlic and plenty of fresh chopped cilantro. refreshing treat!

Everyone has different taste and opinions, what one person likes, another doesn't. Therefor, nobody has the best or worst receipt for riggies. It's all a matter of personal taste and opinion.

Log on to the back shows of Michelina's Kitchen on WKTV. The guy who originated the recipe is on the episode that has a Sicilian Orange Salad listed. He shows his original method.

well first, children....don't be saltin dem collard greens too much, and got to let that chicken soak in good before you fry it up, careful not to overcook the blackeye peas and .........uh oh, um, sorry, it said riggy recipes, my mistake

flour the chicken before you saute it and it gets a nice crust on it. taste is better because chicken is not real soft.
