He was an arrogant sob in his day--he talked to most people about as warmly as he would converse with a rock. He never had a clue on how to communicate with kids of any age. No great loss here.

You must have the wrong person. Mgsr was always warm with the kids and still goes to kids and high school sporting events all year round. Yes he sleeps half of the time when he is there but he is always around.

I know exactly who he is and no I am not mistaken. Sorry for treading on the toes of his fan club but mine and many other people's experiences with him are not yours. There are two sides to every coin. He was kind to whom he chose and rotten to whom he chose. The deciding difference was how big your bank account was. So if you want to rah-rah him go ahead. Just don't tell me I am mistaken.

What a great testimony--"he sleeps half of the time."--sounds like a great guy to have around especially in the confessional. Catholics settle for so little now it is laughable.

It was announced at Mt Carmel yesterday that he is hospitalized in serious condition. No other details. He is a great man and a great priest!

He is a great man, a great priest and a friend to many in this community. Say a prayer for him and stop your bashing. I will also pray for all the haters on here.

He sleeps half of the time at the games he attends because he is in his 80's, never said anything about sleeping in the confessional. I will ensure to say a prayer for you as well.

Pray for your judgmental and hypocritical self you pompous jackass. Pray for your rotten to the core church and its pedophile priests as well. You, the church and its pervert priests are the ones that need your mumbo jumbo prayers. And don't forget the multitude of child victims whose lives are in ruins because of the actions of the church and its priests. That should keep you busy praying for an eternity. The rest of us are just fine.

Pope Benedict is 87. Pope Francis is 76. They don't fall asleep at public events. Age is no excuse. He was probably bored out of his mind and would rather sleep than attend one more goddamn boring event.

Does he snore?? Just put a clothespin on his nose if he does that should wake him right up. Or, if you don't happen to have one handy, throw a nice cold glass of ice water down his back. That has been know to wake the dead. That'll teach the old gaffer not to snore.

Might I suggest an air horn positioned next to the ear at full blast for a gentle rousing of the elderly?
I work in a nursing home and we use that method frequently to keep the oldsters awake during meal time.

Sincerely,
Sr. Severius

MONSIGNOR would be really proud of you. A keyboard bully. Are you a pedophile as well? Maybe a little loose in your loafers? You really scare us.....
