He was headed to the police station to report it. Why would he go down Genesee St if he was trying to hide. He was in the car in front of the Stanley. If he waited at the accident he would have been killed. The mob of people down there were throwing bricks at him already.
It takes a lot of guts to stand up to fear. This same group broke the neighbors windows because she called the police. They are terrorist. It was not a city car. The bigger problem is the Herion Out break hitting Utica and the rest of the country. It hurts everyone from the inner city to the suburbs. |
