Police: Utica man assaulted and beat a woman in front of her child

One Utica man has been arrested after police say he beat and choked a woman, then threaten to kill her in the presence of her child on July 15. According to the Utica Police Department Ian Noel, 21, punched his girlfriend in the face, choked her then used a belt to beat her entire body.

Too bad this woman didn't have a baseball bat handy so she could have killed this punk. Hopefully, the guys in prison will finish the job on him that she should have done herself.
