a senior Carthage, NY	#1 Mar 5, 2013 Where is the consideration for Seniors that can't manage to walk any distance from their car to watch the parade since all the roads are closed allowing parking near the parade route? Is this parade limited to only the young? Reply » Report Abuse Judge it!
