Its not about dirt or oily hair. Its evolution. African lice adapted to African hair, while lice in North America adapted to a different hair type.

ACTUALLY it is because mostly african american ppl wear some type of grease in their hair at all times. Lice actually prefer cleaner hair! The grease makes it harder to latch on to. And there's your lesson of the day.

ACTUALLY, you're wrong. African hair has an oval shaped shaft, caucasian is round. Lice in Africa have an oval claw evolved for black hair. Lice in America have round claws suited for hair that isn't african descent.

Leave it to whites to try to spin something as disgusting as having lice as a positive thing for them, and use it as a chance to put down so-called Blacks. Their argument is that their hair is 'cleaner' than Blacks because they have to wash it more. Common sense destroys this theory because animals such as dogs and goats get lice and they definitely don't get bathed everyday, yet whites who claim they wash their hair frequently still do? Cut the BS, your hair is not 'cleaner' than Blacks' hair (quite the opposite), and you have an invading parasite native to your kind. Deal with that..
