I'd go to Planet Fitness before I'd go to Fitness Mill. Planet Fitness costs half as much as the Fitness Mill.

I see tons of young people in the mill benching 400 yet cant squat 225 once properly how is this possible?
I understand that most of the people dont or cant squat--and most of the people that do squat dont reach anywhere near parallel (also 99% of the people that think they are parallel are nowhere close)--still--if you can bench 400 naturally then you should be strong--
A large upper body and no hips az or legs looks retarded and in no way can these people be considered strong no matter what they bench.
The big BOYS have big benches and the big MEN have big squats.

This mill is great. Al is not a dick he's very nice when I lost 100 pounds he complimented me all the time. Pf is for pussies there is no bench and 1 squat rack which dumb block heads to curls on. Of does have some fine sloots tho the mill is 100 time better gym tho. Powerhouse is even better if u wanna pay 35 a month

There are NO good gyms here...unless you've never seen a good gym. Fitness Mill has already been covered, and yes...Al is a dick!
Powerhouse hasn't bought a new piece of equipment since they opened. Worn out, outdated equipment that belongs in the Smithsonian.
Planet Fitness is not a gym...and a fitness nightmare....sign up and they hope to never seen you again. Anyone who trains, sweats, or makes a peep is "judged" in the alleged judgement free zone, and told to leave.
City Gym is nice if you like training in a prison yard.
All of which totals zero good gyms around here.

The Fitness Mill is a great gym, has squat racks, benches, leg press, big weights, dumbells, machines for the less experienced and classes for cardio. It is close to an old school hardcore gym as far equipment and still is a great place for the people new to training. Great for young and old alike. Al is not rude he is a ball breaker and jokes with his members

I'll let you guys/girls in on the best gym in the area. City Gym in Utica. It's in a crappy location but once you walk upstairs you'll be surprised at how nice it is. It's wide open and spacious. Some of the people that work out there have been around for awhile too. And you can't beat the price. Plus I think it might be a 24 hr gym? Hands down the best gym if you want to be serious about working out.

Really? You not smart enough to think of a different pen name, and you expect people to respect your opinion....like I said if you've NEVER been in a good gym, you're ignorant enough to think The Mill is a "good gym."

Al is a big fish in a very little pond, which evidently provides him entitlement to be rude....he sure as hell is not funny.
