A once amazing annual tournament has been reduced to nothing. Anyone at the tournament this weekend had to be disappointed. Where have all the fans gone? I cant believe they even have the tourney in the ND gym. Sundays games were played in front of embarrassing crowds. If you were one of the 47 in attendance you seen a real sleeper for the title game a 47-31 thriller between bishop ford and liverpool. Even when ND played the crowd was sparse. Wake up people the glory days are done

Time to cash in the chips and sell the property to the Utica City School District folks. Party is over on burrstone. Unsustainable is the word that comes to mind.

So 6 state rank teams out of 8 isn't good basketball? You guys are tools! Be happy that ND plays great out of conference games to keep there kids getting better. The boys and girls teams have played more state ranked teams then any school I have seen in the area so far. The jugglers classic is a great thing with a ton of history.

Ok great teams and tradition-state rankings. Then why no people ? Why did they move the tournament to the rat hole on Burrstone ? The crowd had to be an all time low.

So your saying the crowd makes the juggler classic now? You people are straight fucking idiots. That was good basketball. How come you morons didn't say the same shit when they played Proctor with standing only. There are some dam good athletes at ND. There modified group is very good. You add the Warmack kids younger brother with that Dante and Manalescu kid they will be great.. Next year that BB team looses one kid and they return 5 starters.

Because for proctor it was standing room only moron. When they brought in really good teams the crowds came. Kenny Anderson to name 1. People around here would much rather watch proctor/nd than Liverpool or bishop ford.
Just because your kids at nd doesn't make people want to come watch the juggler classic... Add that you morons had it on the 2nd biggest nfl game day of the yr and you had a flop. Just close the doors...party on burrstone is over!

Didnt say anything about bad teams or athletes. The juggler classic is to raise money for ND. That only happens when the 5 bucks they charge for admission actually has people walking through the door. Those people buy 50/50 and food at concession stand. ND has to pay for out of town teams travel and lodging as well as food. When people dont come they lose money. Why do you think sister Ann mae moved the event to ND. So she didnt have to rent SUNY.

Its evident that ND is in a downward spiral that the Chinese students won't fix. If you cant keep a strong community-based school you cant keep Notre Dame. Just take a look at what's been going on the past few years. Everything is down and enrollment is at an all-time low. The attendance at the classic had to be an all time low. How sad this once proud institute has fallen. Brother More must be rolling in his grave

but name another school that puts on a tourney the likes of the Juggler Classic? The Ed Wadas is a joke and all the major schools don't even put one on.

If it is a fundraiser, they need bodies in the bleachers plain and simple. Local rivalries would create better attendance and fan support.. Run a round robin tournament with Proctor, New Hartford, Whitesboro, New York Mills and a few out of town team if need be. Start it on a Thursday night and carry it through the weekend. Take it back to SUNY or Utica College---you'll jam the gym and the cash register will ring. Many families no longer attends because they won't brave 10 below zero or winter weather to watch kids they don't know. Just a thought.

False.... No one wanted to get their ass beat by proctor. With the advent of proctor in the tvl, now they can't avoid it!
