Actually my office is very comfortable. Nice big desk and even a television. It does suck going outside to appraise trades but it is my job.

What's funny to me is everything I say is the truth and it hurts you. Now go throw some imaginary shrimp on your imaginary barbecue and when I leave work I'll head home to my 5000 square foot home with five bedrooms, a three stall garage, 3.5 bathrooms and a meticulously kept lawn. Enjoy utica.

Really? Let's see, the Stanley is completely broke, there is no promoter on the planet willing to put up the money to bring in any top notch national acts to Utica. Ask Chuck Chao who used to bring all the national acts to the Utica Aud for many years . He wants nothing to do with Utica anymore because people can not afford to buy tickets in this area. It's to big of a risk to put up the money . It doesn't matter how much the city puts into renovations. You can't put lipstick on a pig. No money no shows ! Get real !

How about having Banda Rosa better known as The Red Band from the Sons of Italy do a Pink Floyd tribute during the Utica Greens festival at the Aud. Lol. Let's have Classified open the show for their 750th political gig.Classified always with their head up the Mayor's ass. Lol
