I believe there is. I think you might be able to get a waiver signed by the league where you live to go and play in the league you'd like to play in. I'm not sure if they'll be eligible for all stars.

They weren't asking about Babe Ruth in Utica, they were asking about it in general. As for Mel, the league isn't filled with all stars and what he does with the money is questionable however, S. Utica hasn't had Babe Ruth since 1993. At the time they had 3 teams in the league which is pitiful. They've had eight teams plus a few 13 year old teams every year since 1994. So I guess what I'm saying is at least there's a place for kids who want to play baseball who aren't on a travel team.

No problem, it's a mistake, you're not ignorant. You come up with some good ideas. The city would have to find honest people who know baseball. Hard to find that combo around here. There are a few but not many. I do hear what you're saying though.
