Looked more like a carnival then a cultural festival. Deep fried crap, pizza, riggies, Vietnamese food etc... Where was the "Irish" food? All I saw was a corned beef sandwich.

And the beer, what crap. For $5 after paying $20 to get in and they serve Saranac, UC and Budweiser?

Well, at least the OD posted a lot of photos on their website. Seems like all of them were taken of people holding a beer! Can't they OD be more selective or is that where they stayed all day, by the beer tent? So much for family affair coverage. Their article in the Sunday paper was terrible too.

20 bucks to get in was reasonable, how are are they supposed to pay for all those bands for 3 days ? Little dissapointed that the beer went up , but if you can"t afford it don't plan on buying it. The cost to get in was in the paper all week , stay home if you do not want to pay it. Was there Friday big crowd , beer tent packed

Well, in my opinion, with Creative Accounting and 54,000 attendance, which was up, last year they had apparently less money! So, great weather for 2013, comparatively, should be "record breaking" crowds, with any funny math they will be down about 20%. Cash only remember and the festival legal adviser was quoted last year as being down by, what was is, around 5%! Be on the lookout...
